I seem to have gotten myself into quite a pickle.
Not only am I soaking wet, which is nearly ten times as worse when you have a long gown on, I am also freezing.
Can anyone tell me where in good heavens name I have ended up?
Direct me to some warmer clothing?

I was promptly barreled down by Roxy upon arrival, right after John sent me the first text. So I never did get to get a good look at the pamphlet.
Which I will look at now as a matter of fact.

It doesn't give you a full run down, but those questions can easily be answered by myself or anyone else ready to give you the novella.

We play from the same session with our two friends slash siblings.

This pamphlet is rather cheery. Is this the nice way of saying I'm never going home?

Actually, the powers afforded to me by the game allowed me to know of your session before formally meeting any of you.
However they have helped me become better acquainted with it.
And yes, that is they're wonderfully nice way of saying that.
Though even that isn't 100% true.
It's more like...if you do go home, you will have no control over it, nor will you have control over whether or not you will return.
Sometimes you will be gone for a few days here.
Sometimes longer.
John and I were here once previously, disappeared for about a year, and have since recently returned.
Obviously, otherwise you would not be speaking to either of us right now.
Or well.
I suppose these specific iterations of us.
As Vatheon can also draw people back in without any memory, and therefor you could count those as separate timelines.
I had been here once previously between my own personal break, but remember nothing from that time.
And she, in turn, remembered nothing from my time here.

[Powers. Jane isn't really familiar with her ability quite yet. She died, and as revived as her dreamself. So she isn't completely sure as to what is going to happen to the group from there.]

That is just an awful situation then. What if someone here got to know you well?
Wouldn't that just be highly unfortunate for them?
At least you weren't flooded with previous memories, that would be rather unsettling I would think. Having to experience something you never truly experienced.
Nonetheless, we are all in this together right now.

yeah.
of course, i drew that before i had a full grasp on the whole...two universes thing.
but basically there are two versions of earth.
pre-scratch: where john, rose, dave, and jade are the sburb players and jane, roxy, dirk, and jake are the guardians.
and post scratch, where the eight of us are flipped.
so in my universe, you are my nanna.
in your universe, i am your grandfather.
but from a biological standpoint, you follow the chart. neither of us are actually each other's grandparents at all!
make sense?

It's going to take a while before I really understand all of this. But the chart was a handy touch.
I'm sorry, it's just that believing this is going to take some time.

John, are you underestimating me? We're supposedly from the same family.
I do believe if anything we're going to be in a deadlock before the prank war is even over with. Which I would be emerging victorious from any how.

That is a fantastic option as well.

i guess we will just have to see how this plays out then.

oh and, sorry for kind of just...dumping all this information on you right off the bat.
i have just been kind of looking forward to meeting you so i got a little overenthusiastic.
anyway, what sort of questions did you have about vatheon?
