[ The news feed comes on, and poor Cheria doesn't look so good.

Like, seriously. She's looking like she'll fall over at any moment. Obviously someone made herself sick.

But she still seems to be trying to go on with things, because that is how Cheria rolls. ]

Asbel, Sophie, Pascal, Captain Malik ... [ She almost says 'Hubert,' but nope, Hubert hasn't lived with them for a while. She remembers that and stops before she can say his name. ]

I thought it would be easier to contact all of you here, rather than individually. Dinner's going to be a little late today ... I ended up oversleeping a little.

[ And from the looks of her, she should still be in bed. ]

Just thought I would let you all know ...

[ And with that, the feed turns off. She's off to go start dinner. Someone, please make her go back to bed? Even if you're not immediate family, she really shouldn't be up and doing anything in her state. ]

I just got out of bed, Sophie.

[ Cheria used DENIAL. ]

[ Action ] It's not very effective :3

[ Not mom, you totally asked for this. Don't make her sit on you too. ]

You have to go back until you get better. [ Because bed rest is all a person needs. Well, that and chicken soup and lots of blankets? Either way, pardon me she's just gonna...pick ya up thar.. ]

[ Action ] Oh well, she tried.

[ SOPHIE NO ]

S-Sophie!

[ See, she would fight back if she had any energy to physically fight back. As it was, she barely had the energy to verbally fight back, and that combined with the energy she spent just getting to the kitchen and trying to start something? yeah, she would have tried to push on anyway, but eventually she'd have to give in. ]

Sophie, put me down! Put me .. down ..

[ Okay yeah, now she's realizing her daughter might be right in getting her back into bed. she suddenly felt especially awful. ]

[ Action ] Don't wriggle, she'll drop you! not

[ If she had the energy to fight back, Sophie wouldn't be picking her up and making her go to bed. Don't puke in her hair mom! She's Very careful at least, holding Cheria with both arms as she made her way over to Cheria's room. Gently knocking the door open with her foot. ]

Okay.

[ She puts Cheria down very carefully, as if she were holding something made of glass, onto the bed. ]

Now you have to stay there until you're better.

[ Action ] pffff as if she has the energy to wriggle. XD

[dreamchasing]

[ She still wants to protest, but she stops herself, sighs, and leans back in bed. ]

All right. Are you sure you guys will be okay for dinner, though?

[ Action ] XD Good!

[ When Cheria settles down, Sophie looks thoughtful, and pulls the blankets over her, just like she's seen Cheria do. Well...it might be up a little more then necessary. ]

Yes. I'll ask Captain to help with dinner. [ So Asbel will watch over not-mom. ]

[ Action ]

[ She's finally given up on fighting against her daughter. Sophie, you win this round. She curls up a little in the blankets that Sophie's pulled over her. ]

Okay. I guess that's all right ... Just let me know if you have any questions, okay?

[ A MOM'S DUTY IS NEVER DONE. ]

[ Action ]

[ WOO! -aww, bundled up Cheria. She nods slowly. ]

Okay Cheria.

[ But she'll be happier if you get some sleep. She turns after a moment, to head quietly out of the room, in order to find Asbel. Or the Captain. ]

[ Action ]

[ It doesn't take very long for her to fall asleep again. She's curled up in blankets and comfortable, despite being feverish and very obviously sick. ]
