[The feed opens on an especially miserable looking Gargoyle. He's shivering and the video jitters a little. The arm that isn't holding the SFC is reaching across his chest. If you look close enough, you may be able to see straggling clumps of snow in his hair. Some folks might even notice the lighthouse railing--or they would if not for snow buildup there, too.]

J-just in case you guys haven't noticed yet. There's a, u-uh...a surprise up top.

[A chill takes him and his arm tightens.]

Sweet jalapeña, it's cold.

It's snowing up there? That is way cool. It doesn't really snow where I'm from.

[He is going to have to sled or something. Do they even carry sleds here? Shopping trip was a definite now!] Ever try sledding?

[Wait... he was kind of a lizard, right? Brows furrowed.] Maybe we should get you one of those giant heat rocks... [Kind of talking to himself at this point. Definitely will pick up a blanket or something for him.]

S-sure, put it that way. My brothers and I gave sledding a shot last winter. It's something we could improve without the cold, I think.

Maybe you should sleep inside of the lighthouse at the top? We can see about getting you some heating. There are a few people here who likes figuring that out.

[He'll just sneak over there and just cover you with blankets. Or a scarf and hat. Would be a way to test if he really could see what goes on while he's stoned.]

I'm a gargoyle.

A Gargoyle? You mean like the statues on old churches?

Well, I guess it's not the first time I've heard of a statue coming to life.

I guess you could say we're related.

But it doesn't work like that. We're not "statues that come to life," we're one of the races.

Earth. The three races.

Then your Earth must be more interesting then mine. Do you mind if I can ask what the other two races are?

Yeah, you've got humans and gargoyles, of course. Then there's the third race, or the fae.

The fae? I'm afraid I'm not familiar with that particular race, or your own for that matter.

Erm. Fairies? The children of Oberon? The Seelie Court? Ringing any bells?

Sorry not ringing a bell. Of course, I'm not exactly from Earth so I suppose that's really not surprising.

I'm merely curious about DNA structures. Especially about evolutionary development across the various dimensions that we've been taken from.
