[The video only shows the briefest flash of a face - deep jade eyes with a soft yellow glow, grey skin and black hair that's drenched down from its usual style and curled in wet tendrils around a confused and wary expression. She has been there for some time now, though quietly, getting her bearings, working out what this place might be and whether or not she truly is dead.

The answer to the last - and most pressing - of her concerns appears to be 'no', but of course that brings up a whole new set of questions and problems. No afterlife that she had ever heard of had been anything like this.

A moment later, after giving a clear view of her location - a quiet corner of the plaza - the video feed is ended. It's several more minutes before a text is sent out.]

[Ah, she knows well enough of Darkleer's role in that night. A final, quick kiss is pressed to the tip of Disciple's nose, with a gently cupping of her cheek and a warm smile, then she parts from her, and moves after the blueblood.]

Darkleer, wait a moment.

[She catches one of his hands, curling her fingers around his, though not with enough strength that he can't easily pull away. When she speaks, it's with utter sincerity. Let it never be said that she is not a sterling example of the forgiveness of rebels.]

[It was Disciple's turn to wait on the sideline and watch. Watching it play out brought a beaming smile to her face. Two of her favorite trolls sharing a happy moment. Moments like this were why she did not mind the gilded bars of their cage.]

[Oh. Oh dear. He freezes up completely as she calls his name and comes closer. His fingers twitch in her grasp, and there might be bruises later- sometimes he can't control his STRENGTH all the time.]

I did nothing that would not have happened without my involvement anyways. Thanks is not needed.

[His grip is.. a little tight, but it barely shows on her face. She curls her free hand around his fingers, and pecks a quick, light kiss to his cheek.]

Your actions now are not what I am referring to. You know of what I speak.

[She lets his hand go, then, and picks up her skirts as she drops in a graceful, if brief curtsey. It isn't a deference to his blood colour, but simply to another troll.]

I will not forget your kindness, and your mercy. It has been more appreciated than you can ever know.

[Disciple walks up beside Dolorosa.]

Listen to this one, Darkleer, She is a smart one.

[Tilting her head onto the Dolorosa's arm, Disciple gifts him with another warm smile. A smile that almost certainly does not give away the pale feelings she was trying to hide, almost certainly.]

[After the fleeting kiss to his cheek, Darkleer just freezes, almost horse-like ears twitching sharply up. There is a moment's silence.]

Oh my, you're all quite mad.

[Whoops he is probably not supposed to say QUITE that...]

[She wraps her arm around Disciple and draws the troll against her, smiling. Her first response to Darkleer's outburst is a soft, warm laugh.]

If this is madness, then I believe that I am content in it.

[Disciple was positively beaming at this point, as she leans further into the Dolorosa.]

You do get used to it. It is a madness that just keeps getting better and better!
