[Warning: Violence, death, and implied cannibalism.]
[When the feed turns on, all that can be seen is a dim shot of the ground, the SFC presumably lying somewhere in an alleyway, forgotten. Then there's movement, as a foot collides with it, knocking it around until its position changes, capturing the scene more clearly.
Tiir's standing, surrounded by three locals—or rather, four, with the fourth lying on the ground in a pool of blood.
... The blood and all-too-pleased look on Tiir's face, along with his glowing eyes, should make it clear exactly who the culprit is here.
Then there's another flash of movement, as the upper half of one local is suddenly sliced off—those with sharper eyes might've caught that Tiir did it with his hand, now covered in blood. However, he doesn't waste any time in using his momentum to swing up in the opposite direction, cutting off the arm of the second local. He easily catches it as it flies into the air, before lunging towards the third local, grabbing his head with his free hand. A bit of pressure, and then—
And then it bursts, drenching Tiir in blood, though he hardly seems to mind, his smirk never faltering. Taking a hold of the body before it falls, he throws it at the local whose arm he cut off, knocking him unconscious.]
Not much of a meal, but it'll have to do...
[Placing the arm in his mouth, he then starts to drag the unconscious local behind him—before he notices the SFC. A blink, after which he removes the arm from his mouth, casually tossing it to the side before picking up the SFC.]
Ah... this device does seem to enjoy activating at the strangest of times, doesn't it?
[Though it should be obvious from his tone and expression that he's not sorry at all, before he turns it off—]

video;
When he realizes who it is... he almost falters. For a moment, he's suddenly self-conscious, drenched in others' blood and—
...
He drops the body, frowning for a second before he smirks (forces himself to—). He has no reason to falter, does he? Minato's just another human.
... Then why does something feel off about this?]
Do you truly think I would simply rely on humans like that?
[It's true that he would prefer magic over this—over devouring those he considers scum—but he won't ask unless desperate.
... And with Guriko gone, there's nothing to hold him back anymore.]
video;
...If you will accept it, Tiir-san, I will give you whatever you need so that you don't have to kill anyone.
[Whatever it takes.
Because this makes him feel ill, and it's not because of Tiir. But the disregard for life, the removal of a life before it truly began--
He takes a slow, shuddering breath to steady himself, meeting Tiir's eyes.]
video;
In other words, you're asking for me to depend on you.
video;
I'm asking for you to use me.
To save my own kind. Is that so wrong?
[Messiah messiah messiah--]
video;
Would it not make more sense to be done with it and kill me?
video;
I don't want you to die.
[And then he lifts his gaze again, determined.]
If we mean so little to you, using a lowly human should be no issue, right? It would be a source of energy that you would not have to seek out every time--it would be convenient. Logically...there's no problem with that...correct?
video;
He's one of the most infuriating that Tiir's ever met.]
You'll have to pardon me if I'd rather not be bound to a contract with you.
video;
You would be able to break it whenever you wanted to.
...I'm just hoping that this will be more acceptable. I don't want anyone else to die.
video;
Humans may be fond of stabbing one another in the back, but don't mistake me for being like you. Do you truly believe me to be so low as to go back on my word?
[As someone who detests betrayal, he wouldn't break a vow if he could help it.
... It's never applied to humans before, as there's never been a reason to promise them anything. But... to go back on his word would be the same as consciously bringing himself down to their level.]
video;
...ah...a faint, faint smile. But it disappears quickly.
But it's nice to know that that's how Tiir feels about promises. Because Minato feels the same way.
And so he continues, measured.]
Then don't give me your word.
[His words would sound desperate--if he sounded desperate. But his tone is calm, nearly challenging.]
Don't give me your word and just use me for my magic.
That seems fair, doesn't it, Tiir-san?
video;
Indeed... though I don't see why you wouldn't simply try to end my life—if you even could. It'd certainly make people here happier, however.
video;
You aren't a bad person. There are people who depend on you, and people you care for. That's reason enough for you to live.
...And I don't want you to lose your life here.
video;
Ha... you would claim that, even after I killed members of your kind in cold blood?
video;
[...]
All life is precious, Tiir-san.
Your life is precious. Their lives...their lives were precious as well.
[He's beyond accusation at this point--his tone is merely sad.]
Their lives are gone, but yours is not. Please--let me give you my magic in exchange for future lives.
video;
... That's something he he hears rarely—that his life means something.
If only he could bring himself to believe it.]
There's no doubt I'll be hated by many after this. Are you certain you wish to be associated with someone like me?
video;
[Not a hint of hesitation.]
I will take the consequences of my choices.
[And protect Tiir as well, protect Tiir with all he has--]
video;
What is it about this human...?]
You truly are stubborn, aren't you?
[...]
But very well—I accept.
video;
As are you, Tiir-san.
But thank you. If you ever want my magic, just tell me.
video;
[...]
How foolish. Don't thank me for using you.
video;
[That's all.
A slight bow of his head, and--
