It is complicated. But that makes it worth more learning about. You should know and nurture your Spiria—a strong Spiria makes a strong person.

Calm down. [Said gently, since he knows this is a child much younger than himself.] There are many ways to raise a strong Spiria. One is to handle your emotions carefully. Emotions like anger and sorrow . . . they can hurt the Spiria. Moderation is important!

Feeling any emotion is fine! . . . It's only losing control of it that's dangerous. But . . . Spiria is something that defines you. Even if you're not aware of it, you're always using it. You don't have to make a conscious effort.
