I haven't been able to read it because I have been pre-occupied with my recovery from events that transpired before I arrived here as well as... other things.

It is quite strange indeed, but I am not sure if it is as selective as it is random. Tsuzuki and I have been hit by them a few times, in fact.

Aren't curses bad? The stories mother reads me... they have curses in them. It was always something bad. I hate them.

Cursed are bad... They kill people... hurt them badly... or worse.

But these are different. These temporarily change people or does something to the city. It only stays for a week though.
