Whew! That sure was an extended nap I took. Well, I woke up a few days ago but I didn't really have anything of substance to say. There were a ton of kids running around, but I guess that is supposed to be normal here? Strange things happening?

[She has had to let go a little, she knows this isn't normal. She doesn't like it either. This entire place still really made absolutely zero sense to her. She could have a lot to say to Jake, Roxy, and Dirk. The living room was a little untidy when she finally decided to rise again. But that wasn't really anything of importance and she could have scolded them directly. But no! What she has to say is a bit more important. She fixtes her SFC camera so it's facing the pile of goodies on the counter.[]

I have jars of cookie mix just laying around. I meant to hand them out around the holidays but never got the chance. They come with instructions and only require about three extra ingredients not in the jar. If you would like one please contact me, and I would be happy to take it out to you.

Golly. There is one more thing befuddling my noggin! About that "extended nap" [air quotes] I took. Is that normal? Normally people don't sleep for more than a week. [This is the week Jane starts to question the "normality" of Vatheon...]

I can take an educated guess. Dave probably isn't gonna die unless it's a heroic or just death.

[She's pulling out additional ingredients and goes to turn on the oven.]

Making you a batch of these cookies, I'm already here so why ever not.

[...Okay, Jane brings up a good point, so he's going to no say anything about it, now. She wins this battle.]

Mind if I help out? I pretty much hung out with a sprite version of John's nana for a while.

Ah, I don't mind at all! Just keep in mind John's Nanna and I are two very different people.

[She goes back to the fridge and pulls out the eggs.]

I've heard we're similar though.

Yeah, but then the fundamentals usually are the strongest similarities.

[Davesprite starts setting out the utensils they need and preheating the oven.]

She's got your laugh and your spunk. And your stubbornness, Jesus Christ. I thought Dave and Rose were stubborn little shits, but I was way wrong. She liked pranking the hell outta us and made a point of baking all the cakes for birthdays.

[She cracks open one of mason jars that has the dry ingredients in it, dumping them into a good sized bowl.]

You're right. It sounds very similar to me, I won't deny that at all. But the probability of Nanna and I being the same person is slim to none. [She shrugs a little.]

I bet she had great taste in cake.

She made the best baked goods I've ever tasted. I felt like a boorish amateur up against a gourmet chef.

[Davesprite sits back at that point, not sure what else he can do but watch a professional in action. With interest disguised by his shades.]

You were both raised in very different situations, so that's not surprising. We're probably pretty damn different compared to your universe's version of ourselves, too.

[She beckons him over. She wants him to get extremely good at making baked goods. So she is going to be teaching him oh, idk- right now!]

I am not really sure who each of you are in my universe. I can take a few stabs at it- however things like this were never brought to my attention!
