004 - [Accidental Video]
[The video feed opens onto what was once a living room but which at this point is better described as a sty. Discarded food wrappers, game cartridges, and open books litter the floor. If Laharl owned more clothes, there would probably be dirty laundry, too, but thankfully there's just one pair of shoes in there somewhere.
A large television is the primary source of light in the room. Incongruously, a plush rabbit sits atop the TV, looking a little worse for wear.
The center of the room is occupied by an open coffin, where Laharl is sitting cross-legged, a controller in his hands. He looks to be playing an underwater racing game and, of course, growling to himself as he plays.]
Stupid seahorse, get the hell out of my way.

[Ugh, why did he bother to come over?]

Fine, just fine.
[He stomps inside, rolling up his sleeves.]
Where's your broom?

Why would I have a broom?

To clean with, stupid!
[He grumbles and goes into his sylladex instead, just so happening to have a broom. (You never know what a sidequest will call for, after all.)
Without another word he marches right into Laharl's apartment and starts cleaning up. No more rats here, kthnx!]
Action
[Laharl watches him for about a second before he loses interest and goes back to his game.
Looks like Sola is acting as his servant after all.]
Action
[He sweeps and scrubs for about fifteen minutes before marching over and bopping Laharl on top of the head with his broom and then planting it on the floor at his side like a spear.]
You better help.
Action
[He gives an undignified yelp when Sola bops him, more from surprise than pain because he really wasn't paying attention to where Sola was.]
Why should I help clean up a mess that doesn't bother me?
Action
[He nudges Laharl again with the broom to try and make him get up and help.]
Action
My coffin is rat-proof.
Action
Are you a vampire?
Action
It's not just vampires who sleep in coffins.

[So there!]
What are you, then?

[His ears tip back slightly, betraying his nostalgia. No, damnit, he's still angry Laharl doesn't remember! With a huff, Sola goes back to cleaning on his own, suddenly less keen to have Laharl help.
Just watch out when he starts throwing everything that looks remotely like trash in a bag.]

[At least Laharl has decided Sola isn't delusional. Although some of the things he apparently did seem so strange, he wonders if the kid met a Laharl from an alternate dimension or something.
He's not concerned about the trash pick-up though. Everything of importance he carries on him.]

[Sola examines the doll in his hands, trying to see if there's some significance to it.]
