12 ⊙ dream | Rising Sun, 1908

[fulmination]

<sub>[If anyone were to wander into this particular dream, they would be greeted by what appears to be a desert town. While it may have been pristine and exotic in the past, now it resembled a battlefield. Many of the buildings that once stood proud in the city were now in varying degrees of ruin, and quite a few streets left much to be desired. Not only that, but there were the bodies. If they were to explore, they'd come across a number of them--maybe it was a small handful, maybe there were dozens but regardless of the number it's obvious that there's a higher goal in mind than quashing a rebellion.

Soon enough, a relatively clear street comes into view with a small group of Ishvalans below staring up at something--no, someone. Closer inspection reveals that it's not just anyone--most Amestrians wouldn't be running around with half of their uniform off, let alone standing where a sniper could easily pick him off. At first it seems like Kimblee will walk away--surely he would what with being outnumbered, right? ...No. He's moving. Is he going to surrender? ...Not likely.]</sub>

A soldier--?

A transmutation circle... A State Alchemist?!"

<sub>[Bingo.

There's a glint of red in the sunlight as he places something between his teeth, then he's clapping his hands together to create a brilliant crackle of red light that trails down the side of the building and into the streets beneath their feet.




And then everything explodes with a deafening roar. Rubble flies and smoke billows out between the buildings and... Oh dear. All of that just with one shot.

It's silent for a few seconds, and then a maddening shriek comes from Kimblee as he dissolves into laughter, his arms outstretched before the ruined street.]</sub>

WONDERFUL! It's magnificent! This Philosopher's Stone--! <sub>[Kimblee no what are you

Kimblee. Kimblee don't flop down on your back.

Kimblee. Get up.

Stop cackling like a madman where someone can easily see you. Stop it.


...Then Kimblee jerks out of his sleep far too soon for his liking.. He makes a small hum as he turns over to stare up at the ceiling with a bit of a disappointed look. It always ends just as things start to get good.]

[Victory.] Looks like I mean more than one shirt at least. [Nuzzling closer to Kimblee's neck and pausing to let him get used to Vanitas being there. No mistaking him for something that wants to rip out his throat. Remember, he wants to eat the heart instead!]

If it's worth it, I'll consider it. [Wearing a certain smirk.] Is dancing all you can think of with my talent? [Plants a kiss on the pulse point on his neck.]

I'm not that vain. _{[He's getting better, at least! He's not tensing up as badly anymore!]}

What would make it worth it to you? _{[Then a grin.]} It makes me a bit envious to be honest.

[He complained about a bullet whole in his jacket. Chortling against his neck.

Then he'll pause a moment before pretty much pointing to what was going on now. They were kind of dancing regardless of him finding it pointless.]

What do you think would make it worth it? [He isn't going to explain further.]

Isn't there a show on during the day to help make people flexible? They use a large ball some times. [He means yoga!]

Removing his head off the other to bring their linked hands to his mouth to press a kiss against Kimblee's wrist.]

_{[Whoops, looks like he's not going anywhere.]}

[He's slowly looking over Kimblee as he thought about it.] You have to wear your full uniform for a day.

_{[A brow goes up as he thinks about it.]} ...The whole set?

He's using those pockets to tug him very close. You know he will take pics too during that, right?]

And at least he'll look presentable in uniform!]</sub>

I'll pick up a uniform from the Nook later this week.

[At least he will get a smile after he said the word deal. Giving him a quick kiss on the chin. See, at least he gets a reward?]

Other than the snow. [He won't take care of you if you get sick again.]

Wake up and we'll see. [His dream so if he woke up, then Vanitas should, right?]

_{[He reaches up to ruffle his hair once.]} Don't blame me for any bad dreams you get because of it. <sub>[Then he's closing his eyes





and poof! He's suddenly awake in the real world!]</sub>

[The forest works. He'll wait to tell them when they were awake though. And like hell will he get nightmares from this. He didn't have bad dreams, remember?

Pretty much going to wake up where he had left off prior to this surprised nap; he was draped on the other. Just going to make the most of it and try to steal all the warmth. He'll worry about checking for the wound later.]

[fulmination]

_{[While Vanitas helps himself, Kimblee stretches his arms over his head and arches his back with a small groan. He'd sit up and do it normally, but he's currently a bit occupied with the other on top of him like this.]}

Nnnghmph... I suppose that's as good of a wakeup call as any.

[halfhearted]

[And Vanitas is going to frown a moment as the other moved a bit. He wasn't ready to wake up fully. Moving his hand down to press on Kimblee's stomach lightly. No moving!

Stifling a yawn against Kimblee's chest as he shifted to koala his living heater further.] Hmmm?

[The actually being told to wake up or is this something else he's referring to?]

[fulmination]

Yo--_{[Whatever else he was going to say came out in a light wheeze from the other pushing on his stomach.]} Please, be gentle.

_{[A little bit of both can be an acceptable answer, right? Because he's going to throw his arm up over his eyes since Vanitas is making himself nice and cozy.]}

[Just helping himself to rub the alchemist's side as he gave a sleepy smirk. Hopefully the other knows enough to not take that seriously

even if it might actually be true if his biting was anything to go off of.] Want up? [Folding his arms as he turned to be on his stomach. Fully on him now! Setting his chin on his folded arms as he looked at Kimblee. There was no sleeping at the moment, was there?] Or is there something else you want?
