[ Ky glances around, looking for a way to send Liberta to try to cut it off. ]

It's all right, kitty.

[ Shifting his voice for Liberta. ]

Can you head around to the right?

_{[Liberta tries to go around slowly, not to scare the cat away.]}

[When he's close Ky steps a little closer to the cat, holding out a hand slowly toward it.]

Here kitty kitty. It's okay. No one's going to hurt you.

_{[Liberta manages to get behind the cat that now backs away.]}

You won't run now!

_{[...And of course Liberta had to scare it. The cat is now running towards Ky!]}

[There's not really anything but to try to catch it instead of letting it by, and hope that it doesn't scratch him. He grabs it and holds it some distance from his body, one arm moving to support the lower legs and hold it that way, to calm down the cat a little.]

There, I have it. Now stay back for a little while, let it settle.
