[Minako laid hon her bed, the SFC held high above her head. Usually happy with the holiday coming up and she'll admit she was, but she still couldn't help but sigh slightly.]

Valentines day is coming up. One of my favorite holidays, but with everything going on it slipped my mind, I didn't even think about it. [She soon sat up, placing the thing down in front of her, she soon rolled so she was on her front.] What about the rest of you It was just an odd time, but are you lot celebrating the holiday? If so, how? Where I'm from girls usually give boys chocolate, and then get a present from the boy a month later n White Day, but with so any different people here, I'm guessing it's not the same elsewhere.

I suppose you could say that. Though I'd say it's more accurate to say it's been more encouraged by the car, jewelry and stuffed animal industries. Personally I'd be happier with something more personalized to whoever you're giving it to. It doesn't so much matter what it is as long as the recipient can tell more thought was put into it than grabbing flowers and chocolates on the way home.

[Says the woman who would be more surprised if her boyfriend bought her something himself instead of her using his money to buy herself something.]

Some people can make their own chocolates, that has some though into it, but I can imagine people preferring something that had a lot of thought into it. [It's why she kind of likes white day sometimes. If she ever actually gave chocolate to someone.]

I think that making anything yourself shows a lot of thought. I've never had the time to do anything like that, though.

I would make thins myself, but I'm not very good at it myself. Buying is also much easier.

[ms_potts]

Oh there's nothing wrong with buying something as long as shows some thought - something that will mean something to the person or symbolize something important between the two of you.

Hopefully next year I'll have someone to do that sort of thing with.

I hope you do. I've only had someone to celebrate with, myself, recently.

It's not rude, I didn't say my name either. My name is Minako Aino, future idol in training.

Thank you. It's a pleasure to meet you, Miss. Sino. Did you say you're an "idol?"

Future idol, yes.

Might I ask what an idol does? Are you some sort of performer?

[soldierofloveandbeauty]

Pretty much. An idol can sing, dance, act and even model.

[ms_potts]

That's quite impressive that you're able to do all those things. I've done press pictures but I couldn't do any of that professionally.

Why not? If you can do it, why not try?

[ms_potts]

Oh I've got too much other work to do to do that. As much as Tony would appreciate it. [she laughs] I work as his assistant as well as helping run Stark industries. Those are both full time jobs in and of themselves.

That must be a lot of work you do then.

[ms_potts]

It is, yes. I was constantly working back home. It's quite different now that I'm here.

[soldierofloveandbeauty]

You don't work here as much? That's good, right?

[ms_potts]

I suppose it is, yes, although there's always the chance that will change when Tony gets more settled.

Until then though you can at least relax a little bit, that's a plus.
