[Okay. Here's the scene. It's the middle of the day, and everything looks pretty normal in whoever's kitchen part of his/her apartment.

All of a sudden, pick a Katy Perry song. At max volume.

Cue Davesprite entering the scene, carrying in baking supplies for assorted baked goods. It might be brownies. It might be cookies. It might even be a cake. Either way, Davesprite is baking while blasting Katy Perry. Why the hell not?

...Okay, and he might be singing along a little bit. Shut up.]

[Sadly, Davesprite is from 2009 instead of 2011, so he has yet to know the horrors wonders of that book. But soon he will know.]

My brother didn't want life to sucker punch me from outta left field with anything, so he taught me that there really isn't good or bad, there's just a lotta shit in between. I'll admit it was hard to understand at first, but I started getting it after a while 'cause he drilled me with examples, and taught me how to defend myself.

That's...complicated. And strangely another game mechanic. The bare basics of it would be that I'd technically be related to the Lalondes 'cause I sort of share the same mother with Rose. The dad would be my brother. Neither of 'em know 'cause we weren't born in the usual way. We kinda arrived on Earth on a meteor, and I mean that in a very literal sense.

Still, Bro never was a father figure, and chose to raise me as his little brother. He wasn't perfect, but he did what he could.
