Hey guys. So, a couple things. One, I just realized it's been a little over a year now since I arrived here. I can't believe it. So much has happened, and I've met so many people. Lost a few, but I've gained a lot, too. And I'm really glad for it.

[A small smile, thinking back on what's passed before she continues.]

Secondly, my birthday is on Sunday, the 3rd. I guess I'll be 19. Weird, huh? I was 17 when I came here. Anyway, I was just thinking of maybe hanging out with some of my friends that day? If anyone's free.

[That's pretty neat, actually! She's never met anyone with the same birthday as her, let alone someone turning the same age on the same day.]

It kind of is. And it's weird because we'll have to do it all over again when we go back.

Yes! My ancestor was born on that day as well, and she's also here in the city. Three of us born in the third month on the third day... it's quite the coincidence!

[She winces a bit at having to do it all again back home. She really would rather not...]

Well, hopefully we will discover a way to keep our memories. I would hate to unlearn everything I've learned here.

Do you recall the sun and moon buttons that appeared on the communicators awhile back? Those who pressed the moon buttons saw a vision of a possible future. A few of us saw a future in which people were able to retain their memories of Vatheon after returning home, so I think it is possible.

[Not necessarily likely, but possible.]

Yeah, I remember those.

[She came to regret pushing hers, to be quite honest.]

Really? So it's... possible. Somehow. ...Right?

Yes, I believe so. I cannot say how likely the possibility is, but it is definitely there. We simply have to find it.

[She's learned far too much here to give it up, so Zelda will find that possibility no matter how slim it is.]

[This conversation pings a memory, one of a similar topic she discussed with Sola. She wonders...]

By the way, this might sound a little out of the blue, but you wouldn't happen to be friends with Sola, are you?

Ah... we are of the same race, yes.

[Friends? She wishes, but they haven't been able to call each other that for a year now.]

Oh... well, I was just wondering. He mentioned he had a friend who was working on a way to make it so everyone could travel back and forth between here and our home worlds. Thought maybe it was you..

[It may seem like a small thing to Rinoa, but to Zelda, it's huge. Just this time last year she got Sola killed, he said he never wanted to see her again, and now...? She knows it has to be her. She keeps an eye on Sola's friends to some extent, she's the only one that matches the description.]
