23 ♐ Video ♐ Casually ignore wound

[See Darkleer. See Darkleer without his glasses for once and his hair pulled back into a thick braid! See Darkleer also kind of bleeding somewhat from the arm.]

[Yeah that might be a problem. It seems he's on the beach and dress appropriately for the location, if not the weather. Tight swimming trunks cling to his legs, and what appears to be the bite mark of a shark is on one muscular arm. He doesn't seem much bothered by it- in fact, there's just the occasional wince as he pulls a tooth out. Just one more scar to add to what seems like a collection of them. Also noticeable would be a pendant that seems to be hanging around his throat... Hm.]

I've been meaning to ask this, but my schedule has been rather full up until now.

[Translation: I've been focusing on all my robots like a workaholic freak and trying to hide from weird romance problems.]

However, right now I have a bit of time while I'm working on something on the island. [In the water, more correctly, but details.] Would anyone be interested in learning basic medical skills? For example, how to assist someone who has drowned or how to stop a wound from bleeding.

It's better off to leave complete treatment to a more professional individual, such as our... esteemed head nurse, but skills such as these can help keep a situation from getting worse.

[There's a pause as he inspects his arm, now devoid of any shark teeth. Something seems to just *pop* out from his sylladex and he puts the modified omni-tool onto his good wrist. Don't mind him as he holds it over the bleeding wound and... wow that sure is some automatic healing going on. Technology is great, he loves technology.]

I will be on the island all day so feel free to simply locate me if you are interested. Speaking of the island... [A slight frown.] The pollen up here seems less severe than that down in the city.

[Good thing Darkleer has a thick skull, this time. There's a little bit of chuckling as Summoner rubs his face against his, and Darkleer dares to lick his nose. It's funny how that's a thing for them, now.]

I think I possibly could manage the oddness I apparently display to others that are not socially appropriate, but see, this is exactly what I was talking about.

[Sliding his hands onto Summoner's shoulders, he just continues to smile at him, tired and relieved all in one.]

You bring out the worst in me.

[Dares to, like it's not an established thing for Summoner, he gives a laugh, returning the gesture.]

Ah- you sure? All I see's the best really, well- okay maybe not- but eh, more to pity right? [Lightly pats Darkleer's cheek, leaning back a little before kind of- well- getting a better look at him.]

You are an extremely biased individual, my firefly, so I am not sure if you are the best to ask. [A shake of his head before he stops. The look over has him raise an eyebrow.]

These are all old scars, you know that, I hardly think they're anything to inspect...

Ahh.. [A small smile, cheeks flushes a little as he leans back, a hand moving up to scratch into his red and black hair.]

Ha- scars? [Raises a brow.] Can't I just look at ya?

[Without even thinking about it, he straightens himself out and presents his chest a little.]

I suppose you very well can.

You sure? [Smiles, raaaaising a brow, cocking his head a little.]

Yes. Very and extremely so. [Preeeeeeen. Run hand through hair. Do best to look attractive.]

[Ha, he doesn't really need to do his best to be honest... Darkleer has something natural that just attracts Summoner, Mindfang has it too, maybe he's just really distracted by blue....

or power, hell comparing Mindfang's strength of will and mind to Darkleer's raw power? Maybe someone can see a small connection. Maybe Summoner's just got a thing for tragic bluebloods. Either way he gets caught staring more than he should, not that he cares about getting caught right now. He's allowed to blatantly oogle Darkleer. Which he is, leaning back a little, a large hand still gripping his hip, eyes watching the other slide through that hair. He gives him a small smile, following the motion to coil a lock of the black strands in his own fingers, flipping it and twirling it around a finger.]

Thanks, I'll uh, send ya a thank you letter later, put it on my to-do list.

[All three, probably. The touch to his hair draws Darkleer down a little bit, a low pleased rumble in his chest. Curse you, wonderful weakness.]

I can think of better ways to thank me than a letter, you know. [He smiles just a little bit.]

[His lips curl.] Oh yeah-? [Tugs the hair a little, spinning it around his finger tighter.]

Like what? I mean, anyway I can get back to you, I'm a giving sort of guy.

[Yesssss hair tugging. Darkleer's shoulders slowly start to relax as he leans in close.]

Oh, I am well aware of how giving you are... [Just... gonna put a hand on your hip there.] Maybe a kiss?

I dunno, what do you think I am? [A laugh, curling his hand slightly, tugging harder.]

And after you got those rough bites, maybe you should take a breather, or something, hey? [Even if he cocks his hips a little, to lean more into that hand.]

[Strangely enough, those tugs seem to be bringing him closer to Summoner's face! Who knew!]

You could always assist me with the breathing part, you know. When reviving someone from too much time underwater, mouth contact is often required...

[Well that's a surprise, who knew it'd have that result? Weaving it between more fingers now, feeling a kind of clench in his chest as Darkleer dips in closer.]

Ah ha- you sure? Shouldn't you be laying down for that? And uh- not breathing?

Well...

[His other hand slips onto Summoner's hips and then- he falls backwards, taking him with him. There's a slight crack, but it's not from Darkleer. Nope, that would be the rock he fell onto... Nothing to pay attention to.]

I'm laying down now.

[His hands tense, the one with hair around a finger, tugging hair a bit more and the second grabbing at Darkleer's forearm. Wings open, a reaction as if to catch himself from the fall but he's brought down with him. Anndd he hears that crack, his ears perked, pushing himself up a bit-]

Shit- wha- are you okay?

I think I'm a bit scraped...

[He gets up, looking down at the impact zone... Yep sure is cracked rock.]

Blunt impact doesn't do much to me, I've found.

Mm yeah me too. [He means, found on you- not- yeah no he bruises like a banana and breaks like glass.]

You're hurt? [Woe!] I thought I would cushion you better.

Ah- no, I'm fine. I just meant I've found the same about you is all. [A laugh, adjusting a little so he's laying on him in a more comfortable manner.]

Oh. Yes.

[Laying back down, he settles his hand on Summoner's back and starts to gently stroke.]

So. Now I 'm on my back.

[Summoner pulls in a fast breath through his nose, closing his eyes as his back arches a little. The hand sliding over his back coaxes a chill down his spine and soon he melts a little bit, ontop of him, setting his face down near Darkleer's chest.]

Mmm, y-yeah- yeah are.

Should I stop breathing?

[The smile on his face is getting a little stronger with each reaction.]

It's easy enough to do when you're around, you know.

As gorgeous as it is, yeah uh- you probably should.

Heh- get you on your back you mean? I guess, I didn't even have to try. And we're just on a public beach and everything, did you hit your head too? [Leans up a little, using a hand to lightly turn Darkleer's head.]

Oh hush- [A light snort as Summoner manhandles his head.]

I meant breathing. You steal my breath away, and so on and so forth...
