[This is the first post Kurloz has intentionally made. As much as he'd like to start it with a clown face, he's actually got a message to get across, which means miming, which means video.

His paint and hair are the same as usual, and he's even smiling, but what can be seen of his clothing looks a lot more purple than usual, and he's carrying something in his hand. First, he gestures in between himself and the screen, the he lifts the object up into view- it's a club. Actually, it looks like a big juggling pin, but from the way he's swinging it idly around, he could totally use it to do some damage.

He means to invite people to do some quests with him. But hey, miming is difficult to interpret. Someone's probably going to take it as an invitation to spar.]

[Kurloz frowns, and makes a negative gesture. As if he would do that!

(He isn't about to try and use someone so high up on the spectrum, and even if he were, well. He's hesitant to try it this week. Equius is safe from him. Equius's matesprit, not so much.)

He makes a beckoning gesture. If Equius is going to go questing, he'd better hurry up!]

[You know, Equius hasn't had a bubble-threatening rage fit in quite awhile. It might be time for one! Which is exactly what's going to happen if you mess with his matesprit, buddy.]

I'm on my way.

[He turns off his SFC and sets out for the Plaza, looking for someone who looks like Gamzee.]

[He's not messing with him, he's only opening his eyes to the true miracles.]

[Between his height, his hair, and his horns, Kurloz isn't all that hard to find, especially considering he's standing near the quest board. Equius isn't that hard to recognize either, so when he comes around, Kurloz waves.]

[That counts as messing with him in Equius' book!]

[Yeah, Kurloz kind of stands out in a crowd, although the waving helps. Equius walks over and appraises him for a moment before speaking.]

Hello. Did you find a quest you'd like to try?

[Kurloz nods, then taps one of the quest postings. Equius wants to help him retrieving a heart, right? Because that's what he picked. It sounds really spooky, and also really cool, perfect for a creepy clown like him.]

[It sounds gross, but all right, whatever. The clown will be doing all the heavy lifting, Equius is just here to heal.]

All right.

[He shoulders his staff and eyes Kurloz for a moment.]

What's your name?

[By now, Kurloz has found the residency list, which he enjoys greatly- it means he doesn't even have to type! So he goes to it now, and holds his SFC up for Equius's inspection once he gets to the K's. It should be easy enough to find the Makara in there.]

Kurloz. All right.

[By now, Equius has noticed the stitched-closed mouth, which gives him distinctly creepy vibes, but he's not going to say anything. Hey, a lot of people think he's creepy, he's not one to judge. He shoulders his healing staff.]

I'm Equius Zahhak. Let's go.
