[When the SFC turns on, Angelo can be seen dressed in a well tailored suit. This is the first time he's done something important, so he wants to make a good impression. Taking a brief moment to clear his throat, he's smiling at the camera. Or at the very least, he's faking that smile. For whose familiar with the accent as well, it will be one of the British/English variety.]

Good day citizens of Vatheon, I have two announcements. The first is an important announcement on behalf of our Golden Victory Host Club. As many of you are aware, our former president Zelos departed and recently returned to the fair city. However despite this situation and prior to Zelos' return to the city, we still made the decision to go forward and change management. The new heads of the host club are the former vice president Peony and I, the great Angelo, am its new vice president. In regards to the rest of the club, no changes will be made and we are in fact looking for more people to stop by. So if you're interested in either stopping by or becoming a member of the club, do feel free to come by or let us know. Furthermore, with the changing of management, any questions about our club can be directed to myself or Peony either by SFC voicemail or in person.

[He keeps up that smile while making the second announcement, even if deep down, this is hurting way more than it should.]

The second announcement is more of a personal one. For those who knew my adopted daughter Ib, I'm afraid to say she's been taken away from the city back to her home. I personally believe she'll be much safer there than here, so I'm glad she was able to make it home. Though I'm sure she will be deeply missed by those who knew her, so please remember her for the time she was here.

[And he really does mean 'shortly'; it's only a few minutes later when a monochromatically-dressed young man on a flying skateboard goes sailing across the city to touch down at the establishment he only previously called 'Rin's job'.]

[Angelo is at the club already and is standing outside, making sure to keep an eye out for Kid. When the boy does arrive, he invites him inside of the club.]

Welcome, do make yourself comfortable. However, I ask that dispose of any weapons at the front door. It's mandatory, so I apologize.

[Kicking his board up into his waiting palm, Kid puts Beelzebub away with a crackle of black tendrils capped by what appear to be stylized skulls emitting from his palm.

The skateboard disappears, and after a moment, he begins to unbutton his coat.]

That's a reasonable request.

[He's just going to... unholster a pair of heavy handguns from inside his coat now.]

[When Kid comes inside the club, he'll notice that it seems fairly normal. But it does have a rich and fancy atmosphere to it.]

Let's take our business to my office.

[Although the reaper's taste is a little rich (and neurotic) for many people's tastes, Kid finds that, after the casual (and nautical) nature of much of the rest of Vatheon, this is a breath of fresh air.]

All this is yours? It's very clean.

[This remark, while he's following him into his office.

Of course it's clean -- they entertain guests here!]

[He shakes his head and leads Kid into the office, it's as fancy and clean much like the rest of the club.]

Oh no, I'm only the vice president. President Peony is the actual head of the club.

[He offers Kid a seat now.]

Do sit down.

[Acknowledging the offer with a word of gratitude, Kid scrutinizes the room, gives the chair a minute adjustment, and looks again.

Satisfied with its placement in proximity to the walls, he sits down.]

We've never been acquainted. President Peony, I mean. What precisely does the club exist for?

[A repetitive question, but only because Kid's still boggling at the idea that there's a whole establishment devoted to talking to people.]

[Angelo raises an eyebrow at Kid's actions, a bit unsure at first before, then promptly sits down in his office chair.]

For pleasuring women and entertaining those in this bubble who find their ordinary lives aren't giving them enough excitement here.

[One. Slow. Blink.

And just before it might seem as though Angelo had spoken a foreign language, for all of Kid's uncomprehending stare:]

I'm afraid I don't know the first thing about "pleasuring" anyone, let alone women.

For that matter, why is it only women? Shouldn't there be an equal benefit offered to all?

[Not used to pleasuring anyone? Well, he'll have to fix that.]

Don't worry, you'll learn in time. And of course, I offer myself to help any new hosts who aren't used to the business.

[He also replies to the other subject Kid brought up.]

Oh naturally I do agree and while the club's aim was or is in some way still primarily for women, we're making sure to be more equal opportunists.

[No no no Kid don't get into receptive good student mode you didn't even ask what kind of "pleasuring" this involves!!]

That sounds fair.

What else can you tell me?

We used to have monthly events at the club when it was in regards to possibly holidays or just a general themed day at the club. However, we've recently changed that to bimonthly and are in fact having one this month, which will be themed around a tea party.

[Kid still can't wrap his mind around the idea of an organization making money by hosting parties.

On the other hand, that's something he knows he can do; Lord Death and his young son threw socialite events of that nature on a regular basis. A tea party doesn't even sound like a challenge. Especially with as good a cook as Rin backing them up.]

And there are rules of conduct in place, I'm sure. How do you accept clients?

[Well that's an easy question to answer.]

They come in and ask for a specific host or go to one of the tables freely to whomever they wish to see.
