[As pleased as Sola was all throughout the RPG curse, cutting weeds and fighting monsters and just generally being in his element, he seems much more sombre when he appears on the network in the early hours of Monday morning. He's sitting on a couch, a small blue instrument in his hands. It seems he can't sleep.]

I thought the curse would help me forget about it, but...

[He turns the ocarina over in his hands, not looking at the camera.]

...what happens if you died on your world and then you get sent back there from here?

[He knows too many where this is the case, and if the tightening of his fingers around the object in his hands is any indication, it's something that weighs on him a great deal.]

And, um, Zelda? If you see this, I'm really sorry I couldn't make a wish.

[He tried very hard, but he just couldn't make it.

Unable to think of much more to say, Sola simply sits and turns the ocarina over in his hands, either waiting for an answer or simply unwilling to turn off the video.]

[That's the only response Guy gets at first, but it comes to quickly it couldn't have been typed in anything but anger.]

I know it's scary, Sola. But what will getting upset about them now do? It's not going to bring them back. It's not going to change anything. It's not what they'd want - they wouldn't want to see any of us suffering for their sakes.

Right now, we have to do what we can. And that might mean finding a way to make sure people can come back and stay here.

but how? i couldnt get the triforce like zelda said. i tired really hard but i wasnt good enough and now we cant get a wish even tho theres another link

[Another Link who doesn't have the Triforce of Courage on him, but Sola doesn't know that.]

Then we find a way without the Triforce. If the scientists can rescue people with whatever gadgets and gizmos and magic they have, then eventually... hopefully... so can we.

Maybe someday. It might be the coral, or it might be something else. Maybe something that the scientists have. We'll figure it out someday.

And... well, you could ask the coral, I guess. I don't know if it can listen.

the people here pray to the coral like other people pray to gods and they wouldnt if it couldnt here right?

They wouldn't if they didn't have faith in it, I suppose.

So, I guess, if you have faith that the coral will hear your prayers... you should pray.

[It doesn't mean those prayers will be answered. But it's the best answer he feels he can give the poor kid.]

[He can't say anything else. Sola needs to set his resolution in something, and if it's in prayers to the coral which could or could not be a god in the end... well, that was his decision.

Hopefully it would be a decision that would provide him personal stability somewhere along the line. Whether Guy believes that or not is another story entirely.]
