[ Devit is looking PARTICULARLY smug today as he flips on his SFC. ]

Greetings oh people of the fishbowl. I'm proud to tell you that that the plaza just got a whole lot more awesome.

[ He pans over a little to reveal... what appears to be a big ol marble statue of himself in the plaza, pointing dramatically into the distance. It was all courtesy of his 'Materialize' ability, which allowed him to make anything that he imagined really really hard into reality. Though normally he couldn't do it without his twin brother around... unfortunately he seems to have lost all memory of him when he realized he could use materialize. ]

[ Don't worry Vatheon, Materialize isn't permanent. The 'awesome' will fade away soon enough. ]

[ He pulls his revolver out and twirls it around his finger. ]

If I shoot my Red Bomb into the sky can you lob a fire ball at it? I think that's a thing that really needs to happen.

... dude I'm not gonna throw my powers around in the bubble unless it's absolutely necessary. That's just a disaster watin' to happen.

[Rin puts his sword away, but that's not a 'this is over' sign. He walks by Devit and grabs him by the collar of his jacket, hauling him away from the Villa.]

Ohmygod take your brother's stick outta your ass and give it back to him already!

[ Seriously Rin. He's talking about what could be the most amazing explosion EVER. ]

Shut up for five minutes, wouldya?

[Devit, why do you think he's dragging your ass away from the Villa and to the elevator?

One somewhat awkward elevator ride later they're on the island, and Rin finally lets go of Devit's wrist so he can take his sword back out.]

Alright, you want me to show off, let's do it.

[ actually he'd been far too busy whining and complaining the entire trip to really pay attention. ]

Rin...

[ omg he almost has to wipe a tear from his eye. ]

You're not actually lame after all! I'd hug ya but... you all fucking aflame and shit.

[ He get's his big awesome explosion after all! ]

You ready? You're not gonna miss like an idiot or something are ya?

[Good God, Devit... whine more.]

We live down there, idiot. If you're gonna do somethin' stupid and dangerous for the sake of bein' stupid then at least be stupid on the island where no one else can get hurt. I actually think some days you're dumber than I am!

[Rant done, he goes back to the issue at hand.]

Some people are immune to it but I'd rather you not find out the hard way. So yeah, let's do this. I ain't gonna miss.

[ Maybe later. He's too excite right now. ]

[ He aims his revolver out over the water. ]

Red Bomb! Burning Red Planet!

[ There's a click as the magical bullet appear in the revolver's chamber. He pulls the trigger and a massive red fireball around three and a half feet in diameter explodes from it. Despite the size, pretty slow moving. ]

... yeah, we are.

[Sigh.]

Alright whatever.

[Rin slides in to a stance, sword held in two hands at his side. As soon as the fireball is launched he runs forward until he's close enough to swing the blade in a wide arc, launching a similar fireball only of the blue that his flames are.

It's a lot faster than the one that was shot, and he skids to a halt in the sand when they're mere inches from one another.]

[ Devit is kind of expecting red fireball + blue fireball to = giant purple fireball ball and explode like a firework or something. But that's not quite what occurs. The two his and the flames somewhat swirl around... and the ball keeps expanding and growing until it reaches that 'overfilled water balloon' sort of look.

And then it pops.

Except it's less of a pop and more of a huge deafening BOOM as fire explodes outward a whole lot more violently then he had actually expected. Hell the shock wave alone knocks him off his feet. ]

Holy fucking shit...!

[And Rin is even closer to it. He doesn't even get the dignity of swearing - it's just a scream as the shock wave knocks him in to the air and sends him skidding several feet past Devit.

Ow.]

[ It takes Devit a couple moments to recover his senses enough to actually do anything. That was possibly one of THE dumbest things he has ever done. After he's collected himself he crawls over to where Rin got blown too. ]

Hey. You 'live?

[ He starts poking him. Because you should obviously poke first and check for injuries later. ]

Let's do that again.

[Devit no. His ears are ringing. He can't hear shit. Do you have any idea how sensitive his hearing is? He's lucky he had ear drums left.

There's no answer, just a long, pained groan, and hands coming over his long pointed ears.]

Fuck man get with it. I can't carry you home, you're too heavy!

[ Actually wait. He's got this. He materializes a wheelbarrow... ]

[Devit, he can't hear you. It's just noise. Even when he is finally able to sit up, all he can do is blink and stare because your mouth is moving but nothing is coming out.]

[ ffff... you are expecting Devit to be that observant. ]

Oh thank god you're up! I thought pigtails was gonna strait up murder me for killing the hell out of her boytoy.

[ He hauls himself to his feet, a little wobbly still but hey, least he can stand. He even extends a hand to Rin. ]

C'mon we should probably book it before someone comes to investigate the really fucking loud explosion. Pretty sure all of Vatheon probably heard it.

[... yeah he heard like. None of that. It's all Charlie Brown up in here and Devit's voice is just going "wah wah wah wah wah wah" over what sounds vaguely like the ocean is shrieking.

But a hand out he understands, and he takes it, trying to get to his feet.

Trying. His balance is totally fucked.]

Whoa shit-!

[ He manages to get an arm around the other teen before he hits the ground again. He wobbles a little, Rin's taller and heavier then he is so this is kinda really awkward. Luckily the wheelbarrow is right there so he somewhat unceremoniously dumps him in it. ]

Damn that thing really fucked you up, huh?

[ Rin is being weirdly unresponsive so Devit waves a hand in front of his face. ]

Shit, I didn't break you, did I?

[Yup. This is just how Rin needed his day to end. Dumped in a wheel barrow.

But sound is slowly starting to come back, and it's getting to that weird fading in and out, can-hear-every-other-word state. He catches that Devit is asking him a question, and he responds by pointing at his ears and shaking his head.

A thought gives him pause, though, and he fumbles for his SFC, typing out something on the screen before showing it to Devit.]

Can't hear shit. Gimmie a minute, it's coming back slowly.

[ Oh stop whining Rin. At least he dumped you there and not back on the ground or something. ]

...Rin wears ladies panties.

[ Noo! Must resist the urge to take advantage of this... the buddy is in need of help! He pulls out his sfc as well cause apparently this is the only way to communicate. ]
