004 Text, option for Action
So. How much longer is this stupid thing going to 8e going for? It's not going to last as long as that last one did, is it? 8ecause then I think I will set fire to something.
[Mindfang is not a happy camper. Sure she may have gained her vision back, but without the cueball it's not that great. There isn't much in Vatheon that she cares to look through anyway, and box can be easily broken. Vision isn't worth the price she's had to pay.
Which is a complete inability to block out her natural empath abilities. Alcohol is useless, the blocks she can set up in her own mind fail her and suddenly there's far too many people in her head. Too many feelings, happy, sad, angry, rage, so many more and none of them are hers besides the frustrated panic. All that works is staying away from others but even that's starting to fail her, whispers slipping through her mind enough to remind her that her head isn't safe anymore. And then supplies do dwindle and she finds herself having to leave the house.
The sunlight makes her squint from days indoors, and Mindfang doesn't seem that eager to move out and about. And when she does she keeps a wide berth around others, eyes clearly bloodshot, her fingers- metal and flesh -curling and uncurling as she walks with quick hurried steps. Her eyes dart from place to place and at times it feels like she's only moments from letting a crazed laugh escape.
Do you bother the woman who looks a lil crazy?]

D --> Then it should actually last for somewhat longer
[Yes he is outright lying to her]

I am no fool like you so silence yourself 8efore I 8r8k your fingers.
[someone's testy]

D --> Since when do I lie?
D --> I would think that I have been fairly truthful with you regarding your stay in Vatheon

Since when did it 8enefit you to give me truths?
You have gotten awfully uppity Expatri8. Perhaps a lesson is in order.

[Oh dear. He thinks back to his conversation with Summoner and starts to tug on his hair.]
D --> I think not

[hopefully you'll pull it out]
I don't care.

D --> Too bad

Have you anything useful to say? Something I might actually care a8out?

D --> Do keep up, Marquise
D --> Better is expected of you

And I only do it to make sure you yourself can keep up. I know how you can struggle.
Does it have to 8e now?

D --> Or I cut everything off between us
D --> No more contact, not even a spare glance your way
D --> No debt

But.
She needs him. If her arm ever suffers excessive damage, he's the only one she knows that can fix it. And the debt is useful at times]
Fiiiiiiiine.
Even though I dou8t you actually have the 8ulge to do it.
Somewhere far away from others. And you 8ring no one.

you should probably not set fire to anything
text
I am yet to find a pro8lem fire hasn't helped to somewhat fix.
Even if all that somewhat is is my mood.
text
in that case you could always try setting yourself on fire
maybe everything will reset when you come back to life
otherwise i cant see how it would help
text
I'll pass on that. Even if that could 8e true I'm not dying again.
Once was enough.
text
then maybe you would take some suggestions for alternatives
text
And what suggestions and altern8ives would those 8e?
text
well what exactly is the problem you are having
text
My issue is this ridiculous curse.
text
or give me a hint as to how it is affecting you specifically?
text
You are aware nosy people tend to lose that 8ody part around me, aren't you?
