To be honest, beyond missing his lusus on rare occasions --and in an odd way the ol' goat's frequent absence makes it easy for him to handle it; it's nothing he hasn't dealt with his entire life, after all-- in every way his life has improved remarkably since coming here. Mainly in how he no longer is living on absolutely deserted stretch of sand.]

[It would be a good distraction. Something to focus on and aim her productivity at. She wasn't working at the tavern right now, and without a resistance to fight in, she was a rebel without a cause, in some ways. And she needed to aim that energy somewhere.]
