It's Rin's connection with the greatest threat of your world that drives him to overcome what makes others suspicious of him. His and Maka's courage are among the things I admire most about them.
Perhaps in time I too can have the courage to surpass the bonds of such a relation. Presently, however, I fear our world will only have another Kishin should I fully awaken as a god.
