What means did you use? What qualities should Heroic Spirits have?

I made a contract with the world, right before my death. Normal Heroic Spirits go to the Throne of Heroes after death, without initiating. Heroic Spirits are able to dematerialize into a spirit form, which I can not.

[ ..Why is she answering all of this? This curse was awkward. Saber didn't mind sharing it, but it was certainly hard to explain to someone who didn't know about the Holy Grail. ]

A contract with the entire world?

I asked for the chance to earn the Holy Grail, which would grant my wish. This brought me into a contract with the Holy Grail system, turning me into an incomplete Heroic Spirit. Due to the strangeness of my contract, I never have been to the Throne of Heroes.

Who did you ask? And why?

[pendragon]

I asked whoever was listening, which happened to be the world. The Throne of Heroes and the Holy Grail is all part of the grand scheme of things, as they say. I wished to undo my past and have someone else be put into my position so they could have succeeded where I failed.

[ Saber's resisting saying more, as she doesn't even know this person. The knight feels this is enough information for now, and is able to resist the urge to continue. ]

Is Saber your real name, or did you get a new one when you became a Heroic Spirit?

I was summoned under the class Saber, and have been twice now. Heroic Spirits go by their class names during Holy Grail Wars to protect their identity.

Are you simply collecting all of the information you're receiving?

[circumsutus]

For now, but I might use it for research purposes later.

That's right. I would never have guessed there were this many different kinds of nonhumans here in Vatheon.
