[Video comes on to a hand smacking the top of the SFC several times, making the feed look distorted given that it keeps making things blur, re-focus, and blur again. Eventually the whole thing goes falling off whatever it's laying on, giving a crooked view of the side of a bed, some blankets, and some one laying on said bed. Only a fluff of blond hair under a thick comforter gives any indication as to who it is.

They move finally, sitting up, blinking very blearily, and staring around until their gaze lands on the SFC.

Ioder picks it up, stares for a long moment before letting out a tremendously exasperated sigh.]

Another coma...

[He's about to ask something to the network, but realizes--

this isn't his house. In fact it's one of the huts on the island, even though the bubble was cracked and fixed during the time he was out.]

... ah-...

Where... am I... ?

Dhaos? Duke... ?

... did you really believe Estellise was the problem? Or that it was just her power that needed to be dealt with?

Until that point, Estellise did not pose a problem. So likely, yes, it was her powers. However, unless removed from Alexei in some way, his use of her and her powers would continue to cause problems. Simplest solution, remove Estellise. Although I would have likely tried to gut Alexei himself, for the Entelexeia he killed.

[ Oops there is clearly more irritation at Alexei than anything he felt for needing to remove Estelle.

Duke doesn't seem sure why he chose that particular word. Oh well. ]

But at least your intentions were noble in some aspect. I can't hold that against you.

[They're both guilty of a lot of things, inaction, action, wrong or right or with good intent...

Neither of them are innocent, even if Ioder looks as though he should be.]

They're painful, just as much as they are useless. But it's nearly impossible not to dwell on them.

Which is probably why he points to Ioder's bowl abruptly. ]

[Ioder hands the bowl off, distracted, and quietly wondering if it would even be worth bringing up what happened last month.]

[ Duke ducks off to go clean the bowl and pot and whatnot.

He peeks back in when he's done. Ioder need anything or can Duke wander off now. ]

[Ioder is wobbling a little when Duke peeks back in, and he lets out a tremendous yawn.]

Mn... I sleep for a month and yet I still feel exhausted.

[Getting him to his feet is a good start. He's wobbly, yes, but able to at least stand with some help.]

[ Then Duke will hover a step or so behind, ready to catch Ioder if the wobbly Emperor needs it. ]

[He doesn't, thankfully. He actually manages to make it to the door without much incident, and out of it just fine. He's tired, yes, but not so much that he can't put one foot in front of the other.]

[ Then he just casually shadows the emperor all the way to the elevator, over to the coral.

Then it's completely okay if he drifts off, right? ]

[More or less. Ioder is going to touch the coral, feel at least a bit better, and probably head back home after that. He wants to see his boyfriend, after all.]
