Why was he soaked? Anders opened his eyes and blearily stared forward, wincing and rubbing one side of his head. He must be in the Fade. Even without the... great qualities of the Fade, it must be, since there's no reason he shouldn't be in Kirkwall. Either that or Hawke shipped him out overnight for no reason. He shifted to a sitting position and shook off his hands a bit. How uncomfortable this was.

He stood and surveyed the area, frowning and rubbing at his forehead irritably. What kind of joke was this, anyways? A horrible one, that's what. He surveyed the area once more before he spotted the towel and the odd little starfish. Grateful for the towel, he started drying off, though the little thing was a mystery.]

I'm sure this would be entertaining in any other situation...

You'll find that there are many things common to your world that may not be so common here. Of course, it's certainly a possibility that only I don't know, but I can't say I've ever heard anyone mention either.
