[ Sick of new faces on the network yet, Vatheon? Well, this new guy probably wouldn't even have shown up to do the whole 'Hey, I'm new here' introduction thing, except that he suddenly came to a very important realization... ]

Yo. Heard there's supposed to be a bunch of people I don't even know watching on this thing...?

Well, I just got here. My name's Saburouta Bandou. But, just call me Bandou, OK? That's what I'm used to.

And absolutely no one here is allowed to call me San-chan!

[ No. He doesn't realize none of you would have thought to call him that on your own. ]

It's a personal nickname! There's only one person who's allowed to call me San-chan and he's not even here, alright!?

[ AND HE'S TOTALLY NOT BUMMED ABOUT THAT. SO DON'T BOTHER ASKING. ]

So yeah, uh... I guess that's it.

Aaah... Yeah, it's me.

[Their faces when they remember always make him sad. At least he didn't see that kind of look when he first arrived from those three. Everyone else looks so sad when they see him...]

You're going to say I'm dead, right? What's around you right now?

[The little he can see from the feed isn't really enough. And talking about it in person would probably help San-chan. Not to mention talking about it where everyone can see if they look is uncomfortable.]

Ah...

[ He pulls his gaze away from the screen to look around him. If he hadn't gone and wandered away from the coral he'd have probably noticed the bar by now. Oh well. ]

I'm in some kind of park.

Stay there for a little while, okay? I shouldn't take very long.

[He knows where he is now, more or less. Off to find San-chan with the camera he'd gotten while he was here!]

[ Bandou clicks the feed off, sticking the SFC in the pocket of his hoodie for now. He's not sure what the hell is going on here. Strange but...the fact that Totsuka is suddenly alive again is making him more uneasy then the fact that he's in some strange new underwater world. Not bad uneasy, just... he's anxious.

Tatara should find him leaning against a tree. He's got a rather deep frown on, not that you can see it behind the giant sunglasses.]

[Isn't it good enough that in this place he isn't dead? They may not all be here, but...They can pretend, at least for a while, that he didn't leave them behind.

And, if any of them show up and remember King being a huge idiot and being killed, he's here too. So this place really isn't that bad, right? People may leave and come back, but the two people they won't see when they go back are here.

When Tatara finds San-chan, he gives him an apologetic smile before leaning against another side of that tree. He can sort of tell that he's troubled, but jumping right into trying to make him feel better like he would've if San-chan didn't remember him being dead...didn't seem like a very good idea just then.]

Sorry if I sounded rude, when I said that. Just...Everyone looks sad when they see me, asking if this were Heaven, or thinking they must've died too. Strange as it sounds, I didn't die from that gunshot here; I arrived after I got shot and they got to me in time, since the coral can help heal too.

[Hopefully that's all he'll have to say about that night now. He gives San-chan a bright smile, like he did so often when he was alive.]

Let's go to the bar, okay?

[ Bandou just remains quiet, listening to Totsuka as he explains what had happened and why he was here. He doesn't really understand what any of that stuff about the healing coral means, and he should probably question why the bar is still here even though they're in some strange city, but instead he just stays in his spot against the tree. ]

...Totsuka-san?

[He tilts his head.]

Hm? [It was probably a really confusing explanation, so he's not surprised that instead of agreeing to go to the bar San-chan wants to ask something.]

What is it, San-chan?

[ Bandou pushes himself away from his place against the tree. And stands there. With his hands in his hoodie pockets. Awkwardly. ]

I'm uh... glad you're OK...and alive... again.

[ Geez, sound more stupid San-chan. And so to get his point across easier and not ramble like an idiot, he decides to give his big brother figure an awkward but entirely sincere hug. ]

[This sure is a hug from someone who is around 4 inches (10 cm) taller than him. After the initial moment of shock of San-chan hugging him wore off, he laughs a little and wraps his arms around San-chan. He really did miss everyone who isn't here, but they have it worse, he thinks. They never had any hope of seeing him again after all. Shifting a little so that he can actually talk and not hit San-chan's collarbone, he hesitates, before figuring he might as well ask.]

It...was bad, then? No one's told me what happened or how you handled it. Apart from everyone chasing after the Colorless King and what King did when he caught him, I mean.

[He still didn't want them to get revenge, but after that talk with King, he kind of understands why they do a little more. Hitting him on the head might be a good idea, San-chan.]

[ Totsuka's saying stuff that's a bit out of order for Bandou... As far as he knew, they'd still been looking for that white haired kid before he'd been dragged down here. And that was, what... half an hour ago? But seemed none of this really made much sense, did it?

He pulls back from the embrace, quickly putting his hands back in his pockets. ]

It's just been, weird, ya know? Not weird just... like a big emptiness.

[ His expression changes suddenly and he smirks a bit. ]

Anna-chan kept putting your movies on. I think we musta watched them through like three times over.

[Almost none of them came in from the same time, and that's bound to be odd for all of them. Tatara's just obviously the earliest in their little timeline. Hugging San-chan any longer probably would've felt a little odd. But maybe Tatara should hug the members of HOMRA more often, now that they're here.

That emptiness might be because he was always there, and that makes him sort of sad, looking at the ground again instead of up at San-chan's face. It's not like he wanted to leave them. He laughs softly, hearing about the videos.]

Even though I wasn't really in any of them?

[ If he can get a hug from San-chan, he can probably get them from the others. And they could probably use them. ]

She did find one with you in it. I think it was the one with Basashi.

[ A bit of a cringe as he recalls being kicked in the face by the strain horse. ]

Oh right! Didn't Awashima rename Basashi to White Bean Paste Stewed Tofu though?

[And the horror of getting really badly bandaged by Shouhei?

He'll try giving them all hugs sometime then. Maybe when they really don't expect it...]

She turned the camera around on me because she really didn't want to be filmed that time... [Okay, leaning against this tree isn't very comfortable anymore.]

C'mon, I really should show you the bar we have here.

Did she? What the hell's with that lady and bean paste anyway?

[ He didn't need to be mummified, Shouhei!

San-chan will be the stand-in camera holder for those moments - cause they really need to be caught on film! ]

Once Anna thought to bring 'em out, it was kinda like you were there again...

[ He walks along side Totsuka as he's led towards the new bar. ]

...not completely but, it kinda brought us together more like you always had the knack of doing.

[He laughs.]

She did. I guess she just really likes it!

[Much to everyone else's horror... And yes good, San-chan. Sneakily catch the hugs on film.

He'd brought up those to King before, and he'd seen in his reaction that they did help.]

I'm glad that they helped, even if it was only a little.

[That's part of why he likes that hobby so much.]

Oh, San-chan?

[ It's funny. He'd been so adamant on the network about no one calling him that. Yet he'd never even batted and eye when Totsuka-san had picked the nickname up for him after only hearing it once.

Even now, he answers to it without the slightest complaint. ]

Hmm?

[Maybe because it's Tatara and Shouhei who are the only ones allowed to call him that now. After a year and a half of Tatara calling him San-chan constantly, calling him Bandou would probably be strange for Tatara and San-chan.

He looks up at him, smiling brightly.]

Kusanagi-san isn't here, but that doesn't mean you can damage anything in the bar. Okay?

[He'll scold you if you do.]

[ Aww, San-chan had been doing so well at being...quiet. But this stops him in his tracks. ]

HEY! I wouldn't damage anything! Not on purpose, anyway!

Or well... you know what I mean!

[That makes him laugh again, watching him.]

I'm just letting you know! I'm going to tell the others too, since I forgot to before.

[He really missed them. He can already tell he's going to have more fun now that San-chan and Yata are here too.]

[ Bandou runs to catch up again. ]

Good. Tell Yata not to go punching me every chance he gets, too!

[Since Tatara probably has to take quick or big steps to keep up with San-chan regularly, this is quite alright to him.

He blinks.]

Eh? But wouldn't he guess that you asked me to say that and punch you?

[It is Yata...]

[ Good point! ]

He still needs to stop!!

He punches hard for a shorty.

[San-chan, Tatara is only about 5cm taller than Yata...

But Tatara can't... fight really, so maybe that's a fair point.]

Aaa...Maybe he won't punch you so often if you don't make fun of his height?

[He does have a temper after all. Or if San-chan wasn't as much of a (petty) idiot, but they're all idiots so that's fine.]

Yeah well...

[ lkfgjwe stop making good points when he can't tell you to shut up, Totsuka! ]

...hmph.

So, who else is here, anyway? I've only seen you two so far.
