UGH!

How many times is this going to happen to me!? It is absolutely unacceptable! OOOOH!

[There's some sputtering and growling on the other screen followed by hooves pitter-pattering on the ground. After a beat, however, the voice stops along with the sound of dripping water as Rarity uses her magic to clean herself up. Ugh. She hates it when her mane gets wet!]

Ah. That is much better.

[And with that the communicator floats up to eye level so Rarity can properly address everyone watching. Surprisingly, her mane looks just as perfectly curled and shining as ever without any sign she had been soaked.

She's back in her room, it seems, after being brought right back to Vatheon in a huge puddle of water just like the first time, and around her are several rolls of fabrics in all shades and styles, scissors and pins and needles all neatly tucked away into appropriate bins, but most importantly for this broadcast are several different pieces of jewelry scattered on the table.]

Now, before I was so rudely interrupted, I was just about to announce my new line of custom and hoof made, one of a kind jewelry~! You see, I managed to get my hooves on a few more beautiful gems for my projects, and I must say my newest creations are most exquisite!

Now, as you can see I have completed quite a few different styles of earrings and bracelets, but I can also create necklaces, headpieces, rings, and brooches, just to name a few~

For those of you without pierced ears, I do offer clip on versions of all the designs I make! I'm afraid I will not do the piercing myself as it can be, ahem, quite messy. But nevertheless! For a reasonable amount of starfish tokens depending on the style you specify, I shall be more than willing to take down orders as soon as possible! Beauty should be priceless, but not worth an arm and a hoof~

Let me know if you are interested! There is no task Rarity cannot do~!

Probably not.

[Though the last time they talked was during the summer festival so... who knows.]

Yes. I've been spending time with Hilda.

Yes. The trainer from Unova. She's been living with me and Zoroark.

It is.

[even if he's still very very confused about his feelings regarding her]

Oh, she's a trainer. She has six Pokemon in her team.

Most people in our world use Pokemon in battles. A full, well rounded team is considered the mark of a strong and capable trainer.

[But even as he says it, there's something in his eyes that seems... disapproving of it.]

I would rather they be that. Not even that. Friends. They have their own unique language, their own lives, they should be treated as such. But often trainers will take them from their natural environment just to train them for battles.

[At the end of that rant, though, he lets out a sigh and shakes his head]

But there are those that aren't like that. I've met trainers who treat their Pokemon equally, as companions as well as a team. Beyond that they grow with their trainer, and have a connection that goes beyond mere words.

As difficult as it is for me to admit there are... two sides to all of it.

Sometimes. Death is extremely rare, though. The entire economy runs on Pokemon and what they're capable of, though, so centers that care for injured and ill Pokemon are common place in any city, as well as people who travel solely for the purpose of caring for trainers and their teams that are on the road.

I've learned to be more tolerant of trainers that show their worth as trainers and friends to Pokemon. There was a time in my life I considered them all to be a blight on the lives of Pokemon, but I've realized since then that my views were... skewed by my father.

[right with you there on the sighing, Rarity. Though for different reasons.]

Oh, yes. Not everyone wants to be a trainer, after all. Some work side by side with humans in their professions. Nurses, rescue workers, businessmen and women. They are just as intelligent as humans and capable of keeping pace with them within the work force.
