I had every intention to make my network debut far sooner than this; however, Vatheon seemed to have other plans for me.
For those of you that have not met me before, my name is Rose.
I've been informed that I've been here in the past, but I have no recollection of such an event.
Please excuse me if I do not recognize you.
For those of you that I saw when I first arrived several weeks ago, thank you for not admonishing me and my rather abysmal choices.
I would be hard pressed to say that I have fully recovered from the events of that day, but I am working on it.
Then there was the whole curse business that occurred just as I was settling in to a routine here.
The effects of which were quite disorientating once things returned to "normal."
I can only assume that it has affected many of you in a similar way.
If you need anyone to talk to about those events or anything else that might be bothering you, I am all ears.

It's an incredibly complicated story.
However, it can easily be summed up by the term predestination.

Predestination?
It's another term for fate or destiny.
The power of seeing the future was not something I sought out.
It was something that was destined to manifest within myself.

I see... I often wonder what my fate will be. Will I be successful?
But in order for that to happen I'd have to go back home. Which I, Mr. Crocker, don't particularly want too... So, did I change my fate coming here?!


[Talking to himself more than anything]

I hate to burst your bubble, but I don't believe having come here will change your fate.
At some point you will return back home to the point which you left it.
Without your memories of this place.
It's happened to me.
I have no memories of this place from prior to July.
However, I have been told I was here for some time in the past.
Whatever may have happened to me in my time here had no effect upon my return home.

No, no you can't bust my bubble. [Denzel mumbles in bitterness.] Already been brusted a long time ago...

NO! I DON'T WANT TO GO BACK! [Shouting in fear and then silence, Crocker’s eyes begin to fill with water. As much as he and Washu may bicker from time to time the man did regard her as his mother more than his actual mom.]

There's no need to cause a scene over this, sir.
It could be anywhere from months to years before you'll return.
But I believe your eventual return, as well as mine and everyone else's, is inevitable.

[crackpotcrocker]

I'LL CAUSE A SCENE IF I LIKE! [There goes that hair trigger temper of his.] WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?! MY MOTHER?!

[There's a long pause and Crocker is completely silent before he begins to sob before finally catching his breath and mumbling to himself.]

But there's nothing waiting for me back home... [Expect maybe his ex.]
