[It's been a bad month or so for Stein. He went home for a while, and it wouldn't be much exaggeration to say his worst fears all came true. And then back to Vatheon, and things slowly began to get better (minus Karkat's one misuse of Death the Kid's powers).

His mind is clearing, but he still can't trust himself to go out of his room and interact face to face with anyone. But he's bored, and with his current instability, bored is dangerous. Text is an acceptable compromise.]

Well, that's one more week finished.

Does anyone have a favorite curse? Or at the very least, is there one you wouldn't mind living through again?

Oh? What type of fighter were you?

I wasn't much of a fighter. Though I did have magic, so I suppose I fought a little bit with that. Did you take part in the fantasy world as well?

I did. Someone out there thought I'd make a good thief.

I bet that was fun! Did you steal a lot of interesting things?

No. I make a terrible thief.

Aww. Well I suppose that is good for everyone else. One less thief to worry about!

It took a while to adjust to the different fighting style, but if you're accustomed to it, I could see why it would be enjoyable.

I had fun doing all the tests. Some of the quests were a lot of fun and I met some nice people during them.

I met a little girl who decided she was going to marry me. [Small NPC children sure are silly.]

How cute! I hope you didn't break her heart.

I had to. I'm decades too old for her.

Clearly age wasn't a factor for her.

I think she thought she'd catch up to me when she grew up.

She sounds like a sweet kid. I'm sure she'll find someone really nice when she does get older.

I'm sure she will.

So what about you? Have you had any curses you liked?

Not really. I didn't mind the curse where everyone told the truth.

Ahh, I wasn't affected by that one. [It's a good thing too..pathological liar here.]

Any idea why?

Hmm..not sure.I wonder if there is some sort of pattern that I just happen to fall in the right place of.

It would be an interesting subject to examine further.
