Alright. This place is just...too perfect. Aside from the jokers that got dragged here. There's hardly anything worth gettin' my eye out for.

I wanna know anything you have on this place. Or the names of anyone who might know.

[Signless swirls the wine in his glass, watching its legs run down the side.]

I know what you mean. I lived in a world of violence and danger too, and being somewhere without that takes some getting used to.

From what I've gathered, and this is mostly from talking to people who have been here longer than I, we're all part of an experiment. There are some kind of scientists watching us and recording our reactions, and how we respond to certain stimuli. Hence, the curses.

I'm told that sometimes the curses can be quite violent and dangerous, but so far, everything has been more of an inconvenience than anything else.

Makes sense. What's your take on all that coral crap then? Anything on that piece of turf?

That, I can't really help you with. I know that it replenishes your energy if you don't want to sleep; I've touched it a few times, and it works, but it's nowhere near as good as actual rest. Beyond that, I don't know.

So. This place brings us here for energy. Okay I got that part. But it gives energy if you just go and make friendly with the coral.

That's definitely something worth considering. But how would we even begin to plug in to a giant coral?

Not sure if the locals will be up to letting you near it with any sort of machine. That'll be the only hard part.

I suppose that's one way of looking at it. But paranoia and anxiety about everything won't give you any answers. Likely, it will just make you feel worse.
