[Whoever is in the center of town at the moment might experience a blue speedbump on the ground. The little starfish communicator pops open next to him and the feed opens to the side of Jade's head as he grumbles and lets out an irritated groan. Staring up at the.... sky(?) Jade sat up and gave a look around to his surroundings, then to the little item on the ground next to him.

Frowning, he shook out his soaked hands, understandably confused as to why he was soaked from head to toe. Tataroo was entirely dry save for the river and he hadn't fallen into that. However, the bigger concern was where he was. This didn't look remotely close to anything he knew, which was saying a lot for a man who'd traveled the world. He certainly didn't like the looks of that sky or that... coral in the center of town. After a minute, he stood, ignoring the little device that had been next to him and tried patting himself a bit dryer as he examined his immediate surroundings for foes.]

How peculiar. Is it possible I was brought here, or am I dreaming...?

Take a look at that. It is the list of all the foreigners currently within Vatheon. If you are fortunate, there will be someone you know among us that can provide a better explanation using terms from your homeworld.

[It seems that there are a surprising amount of people from Jade's world - Guy, Anise and Tear, and shockingly Luke and Ion are present as well. The dead come back to life in Vatheon.]

Oh? Hm.. I assume it's stable, at least? There's no danger to the city?

[Jade looked up; that sky still had him worried.]

I can't say much about the city's stability itself, having only been here a day. I should hope not.

[Jade's lips drew into a thin line as two of those names came into view. They curled into a light frown.]

These people are here..? ["Luke fon Fabre" And "Ion" are the two he pointed to.]

[Jade pinches himself after finding the communicator again and frowns.]

I suppose it's possible, but I've never seen this place before.. How did I get here?

That's disconcerting. What counts as an oddity here? Does the sky seem odd?

[Because that sure as hell isn't normal.]

[The question takes her a bit off guard. Ion is from the same world as Guy, isn't he? Why would this man ask about one and not the other? Unless...

Yes, they are. I do not know Luke personally, but a friend of mine lives with Ion. The Fon Master is a sweet child.

[Her voice is a little halting. Ion and Luke must be dead back on Jade's world. It's an assumption, but she's greeted enough people now that she's fairly certain it's a correct one.]

It is possible they are from a different point in time than you are. It is also possible... well, Vatheon is capable of bringing people back from the dead. Even if they were no longer among the living in your world, that may not be the case here.

[A look of quiet thoughtfulness came over his face and he stood back, the expression dying within a moment.]

[He straightens with his unkempt hair and soaked uniform, dripping all over the place like a boss.]

[Darn. Well, there went that theory.]

I don't know. I think it's different for everyone. Do you remember anything like a Gate or a teleport pad? Something that was supposed to take you somewhere else?

[A miracle? no. Nothing so sentimental are silly like that. Jade didn't believe in those.]

Not that I recall. Everything just went white. Something had recently scrambled the fonons, it's possible that had something to do with it.
