[Very deliberate (and deliberated over) video]
[Ky's sitting in his apartment. It's afternoon now, and he's spent since midnight thinking about this, almost entirely off the network. But it's clear that the solution isn't just thinking, and that he can't implement his desired solution on his own.]
It's become apparent that one thing this place is suffering from is a severe lack of justice. There always remained the question of once we caught the murderer what could be done to keep them separate in what passes for society here, to keep them from hurting another.
And now, failed joke or not, a woman lies dead. And we do know who is responsible.
Are we really going to sit back, be distressed and discomfited, but do nothing?
Or is it time to set up some system of justice? -- Not vengeance, that's not what I'm recommending, but there needs to a rehabilitation process.

[It's not exactly something that happened, in his world.]

What is a judge and jury?
voice
A judge is educated in and can make decisions about the application of law. A jury is a group of people from a similar group as the person accused of the crime.
Together they observe the trial then retreat to discuss and decide the guilt or innocence on the basis of evidence, as well as the level of sentencing. The judge and jurors have equal strength of opinion on the questions of sentencing and guilt. The judge determines any questions of procedure.

[He's not going to say why his people would go mad, though.]
I will not stop you from setting up a system of justice, if it helps others.

Yes.
[A pause. His voice is firm with his next words.]
It's best I handle those from my world. The few who haven't reached Vatheon are under my leadership.

While I don't oppose a common system of justice, if there is to be a common standard, then people must be informed of it. A person from my world may kill because that's how our world was. That is why I ask to handle those from my world first, so they understand the differences of Vatheon.

I wouldn't have any problem if you wished to make the distinctions clear. That would in fact be much appreciated.
