Hello everyone, I hope you all had a "Merry Christmas". To any of the new comers, I would like to humbly welcome you to Vatheon. My name is Rhi'a and it's a pleasure to meet you.

At any rate, I assume everyone put out stockings to be hung, and that everyone received something. I myself received an important set of pictures of my friends. I was wondering if anyone else got anything they wanted and maybe if they wanted to share it.

[A pause.]

Oh, and if you are new here and have any questions, I will try to answer them as best as possible.

They look nice. Are they dragons like you?

No, they aren't. I'm the only one alive, actually.

[Pause.]

Anyway, most of them are humans. Except for the one who looks like a teddy bear, he's also a feral. His name is Taupy. And the other non-human is a half bloody, the one with white hair. His name is Naja.

It sounds like you come from very different backgrounds. How did you all meet?

It's a long and complicated story. And it started with people wishing to end the world.

Well. I suppose that confession was well timed.

Hmph. Sounds familiar. That's not far off from how I met my friends, either.

Were you part of those who wanted it to end?

No. It was an accident, a game gone wrong.

What about you? Were your friends trying to cause the end of your world?

Yes, it's a special holiday for some people in this world. I myself hadn't heard of it until recently, but it seemed interesting.

What kind of holiday exactly was it?

Um, I wanted to ask about the curses actually...

A celebration. People give and receive gifts to and from people they care about. They spend type together and usually have a good meal. I'm not exactly sure if there is anything else I'm missing, but that's the basic part of it...for most, anyway.

Well...they are difficult to explain. Strange things happen that last an entire week, like personality swapping hats, people becoming different races, etc.

This one seems to have people confess things, whether they wish to or not-

My grandfather died when I was young. I wasn't allowed to help him...

Well, they vary in degrees. Some of them are quite harmless, some are just annoying, and some can be very dangerous.

Hi Rhi'a. I'm Ratchet and I'm new here. I've got most of my questions answered. But what is this about stockings?

It's nice to meet you, Ratchet. As for your question: during Christmas time the natives here asked us to put up a stockings, one per person. On the day of Christmas, we all got gifts inside said stockings.

Great. If I'm stuck here for a year, I can look forward to presents.

None of us are exactly happy being here. That doesn't mean we can't make the best of it.

I guess looking on the bright side is something we can do. I've met some cool people so far.

Indeed we can. Besides, for some people Vatheon is heaven compared to where they are from.

This place have removed a rather large burden for me, so I'm not really against it.
