Rumors of my death have been greatly exaggerated

[Well look who it is back on the network, Vatheon! None other than Zelos Wilder, looking very much alive but perhaps slightly off. Not upset, not angry, just a little... off.]

Ah, hey there. Just wanted to let everyone know that I'm fine and all and, uh... to anyone who actually saw that broadcast, well. It was just a big misunderstanding, alright? No need to look more into it, just me sticking my foot in my mouth.

Well, actually...not all that weird. Time complications aside, it's pretty okay. If anything, the only real problem is how behind everything is technologically--I don't want my projects to stagnate due to lack of supplies.

There're quite a few people with technological knowhow. One of the Trolls builds robots, I think, and there's some cat-looking dudes who have crazy spaceguns and whatnot. I'm sure you can ask them where they get their supplies. There's also the Nostalgia Nook where you can usually find some stuff from your own world though you need Starfish tokens to buy anything.

I've got a bud who's pretty on about tech too but he has this thing about women...

Can't say I've met a troll yet, but I'm guessing in this context that's an alien rather than something that lives under a bridge? [Always suspect everyone of being an alien. Everyone.] I'm sort of doubting the cat guys are from my world, they probably would have contacted me by now.

[Yes she did just essentially say cat people are a THING in her world.]

Hmmm...I'll have to take a look around the Nostalgia Nook some time, but what's wrong with your friend? Is he scared of women or something?

Yeah, they're gray skinned with candy horns.

[He's not too fussed that she's familiar with cat people. After all, Aselia has cat people too. Sort of.]

Ahhh... yeah actually. He flips out if anyone with breasts touches him.

Oh. [...Shrug!] That's how my boyfriend was when we first met, but he got over it. Maybe your friend will someday.

Maybe not any time soon, but there's some hope for him.

[Guy's crush on his roommate is definitely something he can work with.

He stretches languidly and rubs his neck as if sore. All of these conversations are taking their toll on him. Though this one in particular isn't too taxing, he's still got people asking what happened in at least four other windows, not to mention Dhaos having felt the need to scold him. Really he just kind of wants away from the SFC for awhile. Still, he can't just hang up, that'd be rude! And he's never rude to a lady.]

How'd your beau get over it?
