[ Have a very excited Italy appear on screen. ]

Today's special is crab-shaped bread!

It's not too big, barely larger than a hamburger bun, but it's fresh, given the steam coming off it. ]

Isn't it cute? I finally got the shape to work right and bake properly! I made some in French bread, sourdough, and cinnamon raisin. I also made a few smaller ones stuffed with berries!

[ Italy shall be busying himself with preparing a few boxes of crab bread. Boy is it popular today~ ]

[Rin comes in, looking around at the place curiously. His tail isn't going as much but it's still swaying behind him.

It smells amazing, though, and he takes in a deep breath of the scent of freshly baked bread]

'ello?

[ Italy pops up from behind the counter and waves happily ]

Hey~~! you found the place~

[Rin grins and waves back]

Yup! Seriously hard to miss with that smell though.

I just finished a batch of sourdough crab bread~. That's probably what you're smelling~~

Maaaan, it smells awesome!

Ve, come try some~! [ he offers a crabby. ]

Really?!

[Rin takes the adorable delicious crab in both hands, breathing in the scent before taking a big ol' bite out of it.]

Mmmmnnn... damn that is really good...

Ve~, I'm glad you like it

You're really okay teachin' me how to make 'em?

[ Italy nods. ]

Si, si, I'd be happy to!~

[Rin is the happiest half-demon!~ He's grinning from ear to ear]

Awesome! Where do we start?

Ve, we'll need to start making the dough first. [ he beckons with a wave. ] We need to go to the kitchen~~~

Oh, right! Coming!~

[Rin finishes off his crab bread and bounces back to the kitchen excitedly]

First we'll need flour, salt, sugar, water, and yeast.

[ fortunately all the ingredients were all gathered and in rather large quantities. ]

That's the easy part, right?

[Rin grins at that, and starts working on starting the bread]

[ Italy nods (insert generic bread instructions) ]

Once we have the ingredients we can put them in the mixer and mix them into a thick dough~

Yup!

[He knows how to do that, too! Although he stops and looks at the big mixer.]

Whoa... I've never used one that nice before!

Ve, the locals got it for me~. It's big so we can bake big batches for the entire bakery~

Wow... that's really somethin'!

[Rin gives it an affectionate pat, then starts to put the ingredients for mixing in]

Si, they're so generous! I'm not sure how their economy doesn't collapse on itself.

[ At his current time, Italy is a rather poor country. Getting an entire restaurant - for free - just blows his mind. There has to be some sort of trade else it's a rather one-sided deal. ]

Economy?

[Rin stops, blinking a few times]

That's like... how a country survives, right?

[Forgive him, Italy, he's... not the brightest bulb in the shed.]

In a way. [ blah blah, insert some economy explanation here (econ was never one of the subjects I listened to....) ]

Ohhh...

[And Rin listens intently! It sounds rather boring (I don't blame you I had the most boring Econ teacher ever) but even he can see why it's important.

And now he's scratching his head in thought.]

.. so how come Vatheon gives away so much then?

[ Italy shakes his head. ]

Ve, I'm not sure. I've been wondering that and none of the locals will tell me why. They just smile.
