Ruca already knows he used to be Sora. He just doesn't understand how it works. Roxas's reluctance to explain is in part because it's just complicated, and in part because he's still worried about how Ruca would take the 'no heart' bit. Not that Ruca's been at all judgmental, and neither has anyone who's here from home, really, but...

It's because Sora lost something. Something important to who he was. I'm... kind of what was left of him, after that.
