[The moment the curse ended, the scent of a large amount of darkness can be picked up by anyone sensitive. It lingered close to the residential area before winding up in the plaza. If anyone was curious to follow their nose, they will find him perched on top of a building.

He wasn’t the only thing hanging around though. A few of his Floods were scuttling  across the plaza to attack anyone who crosses their paths.]

I know why his scent his so pure-white if that's what you mean. The same reason his memories are ripped apart.
