[As a Saiyan, Trunks generally doesn't get sick. His immune system is too hardcore.
Tension headaches are a whole other matter, though. Kinda happens when you get concussed one too many times without the benefit of a regen tank to completely heal you back to normal. The SFC's video feed snaps on when Trunks throws it onto the counter in irritation, showing him rubbing at his temples and the back of his neck.
Unfortunately for him, his metabolism also means medicine like aspirin don't really work very well to take the edge off. He gets a glass down and goes to fill it with water, but the headache and his general frustration because of it means he isn't checking his strength like he usually does, and the glass shatters in his hand, leaving him staring at a handful of shards. Not bloody shards, at least, since his skin is too tough to be cut so casually. But he still actually growls a little.]
Damn it.
[Picking up glass while his head is throbbing is not his idea of a fun time. Especially since he looks over and sees his SFC on. Reaching over with the hand that isn't full of glass to turn that off now.]

Want to go lie down?
action
I'm fine. It's just a headache.
[Just a really annoying, painful headache.]
action
But honestly-- it isn't like Trunks can't handle pain.]
Still want a drink? I felt like putting on some tea.
action
That sounds good, actually.
[He'll just carefully take down a couple of mugs.]
action
Gohan will, meanwhile, get out the tea pot and do the prep work.]
Any new developments from your parents lately?
video
Silicone glasses don't break when you pick them up.
video
Usually I don't have a problem. Off days, you know?
[The brightly colored plastic novelty glass he's getting down now...probably won't shatter unless he actually tries. Sob.]
video
[Equius' ears perk forward.]
Wait... are you Trunks? Or Vegetable?
video
[Curious, because he's pretty sure he's not spoken to you before.]
[also lol Vegetable.]
video
Lloyd told me about you. You're very STRONG, right?
video
Yeah, it's kinda a trait of my species.
[The not-human half of it anyway.]

[He doubts you have pharmaceutical grade painkillers lying around and really, he will be okay in a while. Just kinda cranky until then.]
If you're sure. Maybe you should try lying down?
[He's stubborn. :| also yeah, stretching and moving actually does help him, so there's that.]
[HE WILL BE RELENTLESSLY HELPFUL UNTIL YOU TELL HIM TO GTFO.]
[was that tactful? He hopes so...]
You okay?
What happened? Did you get hurt?
I'll be fine. There isn't anything left to heal.
Lloyd might not know much about the hows or whys, but he knows that sometimes old injuries just hurt even after they've healed up. If this is one of those, Trunks is probably right. There isn't all that much he can do.]
Maybe a hot bath would work better, then. I've heard old people say that helps them with aches and pains.
[Sorry, Trunks, Lloyd's a little bit tactless. He doesn't mean to imply you're old.]
