[As a Saiyan, Trunks generally doesn't get sick. His immune system is too hardcore.
Tension headaches are a whole other matter, though. Kinda happens when you get concussed one too many times without the benefit of a regen tank to completely heal you back to normal. The SFC's video feed snaps on when Trunks throws it onto the counter in irritation, showing him rubbing at his temples and the back of his neck.
Unfortunately for him, his metabolism also means medicine like aspirin don't really work very well to take the edge off. He gets a glass down and goes to fill it with water, but the headache and his general frustration because of it means he isn't checking his strength like he usually does, and the glass shatters in his hand, leaving him staring at a handful of shards. Not bloody shards, at least, since his skin is too tough to be cut so casually. But he still actually growls a little.]
Damn it.
[Picking up glass while his head is throbbing is not his idea of a fun time. Especially since he looks over and sees his SFC on. Reaching over with the hand that isn't full of glass to turn that off now.]

I mean... whenever is most convenient for you.

Do you want to meet up on the island, or is that a bit too sudden?
video
video want to go to action with the next one, or log?
I'll see you there, then.
action!
[He's in the elevator, shifting back and forth in excitement, and when it gets to the island, he's out and searching for Trunks immediately.]
action!
Hey.

Hi.
no subject
Why don't we find somewhere a little farther from the elevator, and then you can show me what you can do first, so I can try and figure out where most of your strength comes from.
[It's a valid question, as Trunks' own strength comes both from his physiology and his energy. If Equius' energy is uncontrolled and enhancing his strength, teaching him energy control would be a simpler solution.]
no subject
Sounds good.
[He trails after Trunks, although he does raise an eyebrow at the question.]
Where it comes from? What do you mean?
no subject
If your energy's just running unchecked, it'd make things a lot easier to teach you control over that as well as tricks for not breaking a table by putting your hand on it.
[He totally did that once.]
no subject
Um... I don't know which one is a problem for me. Maybe both? All I know is that once I hit about three sweeps, I wasn't able to touch things without them breaking or getting hurt.

[Once he deems their surroundings good, he stops and shrugs off his jacket and lets it drop into a pile on the ground.]
Well, I'll show you what I mean by two sources of power first.
[He lashes out at a tree with a kick, careful not to use any of his energy to enhance it. The tree shakes, and a small impact mark is left. Then he turns to a rock, a visible aura appearing around his body--blue, he hasn't come near to letting his full power loose--and dropkicks it, shattering it into gravel.]
no subject
I... don't know how to do that.
[Not breaking a rock, obviously; he can do that. He means the glowing aura and expanded STRENGTH.]
no subject
[surprise, he is now hovering. After a minute or so, his boots touch ground again and he smiles.]
And it takes discipline to learn, which you can pretty easily translate into controlling your physical strength, too.
no subject
Someone tried to teach me how to glitter once. Is that anything like glowing?
[Ah, Major Armstrong... how he misses having flexing contests with you.]
