I've lived here for almost a full sweep, and I haven't been able to find a single art gallery or museum here with anything interesting! Isn't there anyone here who knows anything about art? Or has some from their home world?

Probably somewhere centrally located, so everyone can reach it easily. Perhaps near the Plaza? Or somewhere close to the center of the bubble.
