The only thing that reminds to be determinded is how to predict which of these curses will strike... and when. Since I have yet to find a pattern.

The colleague who provided all of my backdata--the validity of which I can't personally vouch for--suggests that curses seem to hit when the charge is at a maximum, and that afterwards it drops to a lower level. Which, if true, seems to indicate that a lower charge is actually better for us. The opposite of my initial thoughts.
