[At first, the feed is black, as the video hasn’t been turned on, so there’s nothing but laughter—rather hollow laughter at that. It starts off quiet, but gradually increases in volume—]

[He’s probably sounding a tad crazy, before his laugh dies down and in its place are the sounds of movement. Many will probably recognize the sounds of fighting, albeit a very one-sided fight, with the noise of something splattering across the ground. For a moment afterwards, there’s silence, and then—well, you’re probably better off not identifying the sounds.

And then, once more, everything is quiet, save for something that’s either crying or more laughter. That lasts for a few seconds, before there’s the sound of movement again—a jump, to be precise. Another few moments pass, and then the video feed finally turns on—]

Well, everyone.

[Standing on the roof of a building, Tiir smiles bitterly, his eyes still glowing a faint red. He then wipes the blood off his mouth with his sleeve, though specks still remain on his face.]

I hope you’re all having a good day.

However, justice is subjective. I wonder, how many have you condemned with that kind of thinking?

Then again, humans never were particularly inclined to consider the side of those they judge.

[Ky takes a religious distinction to killing someone and condemning them, and when he fought Gears they literally had no thoughts of their own, entirely controlled by Justice's mind.]

It's true that as humans we are weak and don't always make the right decisions, but we have the ability and obligation to try.

[Logically, after everything he's been through in Vatheon, he knows that perhaps that's not necessarily true (Minato, Yukari), but in his grief after losing Minato, he's not exactly in a position to be rational right now—and Ky's righteous attitude isn't helping at all.

[Ky had expected that response, but it still stings. How could the other man acknowledge it and not regret it? Still, Ky had agreed to accept for the moment that he wouldn't harm anyone else.]

If you do hurt anyone else I will see that justice is done.

Not necessarily. What if you killed someone so that they wouldn't hurt those you loved? Or to defend yourself? What if you were fighting in a war? Humans do seem to be rather fond of their wars, after all.

[Likewise, as long as Ky continues to throw around words like 'justice' and whatnot, Tiir won't listen—not when those same ideas of what's 'right' for society has damned his kind.]

In that sort of situation you would have to have no other option than to kill them for it to be remotely acceptable as a solution. In defense and war...they're not a victim so much as you're both people who engaged in a fight.

[That gets a brief laugh from him.]
