Evening, everyone. If I may have a moment of your time I'd like to ask you two questions.

First of all, how many people here are familiar with the concept of alchemy? It's a fairly common thing in my world and it honestly surprised me when I discovered that some people have either never heard of such a thing or it simply doesn't exist any longer in their world. Whether it involve turning metal into gold or even tales fabled Philosopher's Stone, I'd very much like to hear about what you know and perhaps we'll even learn something new.

Second, I recently discovered that a former colleague of mine was in the city at one point; did anyone know a man named Alex Louis Armstrong? I haven't seen him in a few years so I'm curious as to how he was. He's an alchemist like myself so he may have even introduced himself with the title of 'Strong Arm.'

It's sought after by many, many alchemists though it's rather rare. It's a lovely little thing, isn't it?

[Wide eyes before a short disappointed look] That's the Philosopher's Stone?! Strange... I always thought it would be bigger for some reason.

[Before going back to drooling power hungry eyes] Yes, yes it - IS! How did you come about that?

It was a gift. They come in many shapes and sizes, but it's fine the way it is. I couldn't exactly carry it around very easily if it were the size of a fist.

[Fixing his glasses] Do you suppose you could show me, how your society has transformed alchemy into a more advanced format over where in my universe, alchemy, has dissolved and transformed into modern science?

Certainly. Is there anything you'd like to see in particular?

EVERYTHING! OW! [Falling to the floor before getting himself up. He rubs his back.]

Considering, I know very little about the subject.

[Pause and looking up from his glasses] I suppose you'll want something in return..

It won't be easy, Mister Crocker. Nor will I cut corners simply because we're acquaintances.

_{[He simply offers a smile.]}

That's what I like to hear.

The communicators? So-so. They're not as complicated as they were when I first arrived but I'm still finding myself tripped up once in awhile.

I didn't attain two P.H.D.'s from slacking. FAIRIES! [slight spazz]

Well, I can teach you how to hack. And if that's not enough some morden science.

[Beat] Do we have a deal?

Hacking... That entails computers as well, correct?

_{[He taps his chin thoughtfully--Oh!]}

Ah, a small question as well, Mister Crocker; what do you intend to do with alchemy when you advance beyond the basics? I'm only curious, so don't be shy.

YES! Hacking, entails finding weakness in computer or computer network. [evil nerd chuckle along with some glasses gleaming]

I've always been an overachiever.

Then you'll have yourself another challenge; teaching an alchemist from a 'backwards culture' about computers and hacking said devices.

[Denzel smirks] Personally, I believe my society would have benefited more from continuing alchemy, over continiuing onto [tch] science.

[Beat he mumbles] I wonder if I would had been mocked less.

[Head shake, his vocal returns to normal volume] Suppose we'll see what happens. [Mmmm complete with eyebrows before another pause and beat]
