Could I have everyone's attention please.

My name is Asbel Lhant and I'm a friend of Sophie's from back home. Cheria and I would like to talk to everyone about some of the things Sophie has said over the Network.

[He looks off screen as if expecting a cue to continue.]

Sophie is... Really impressionable. She takes everything she hears literally and she doesn't understand the meaning behind some words or that some words and phrases can mean different things.

We're trying our best to educate her but we would really appreciate it if people didn't wouldn't teach her things that would be considered rude or vulgar.

If you have any questions, Cheria and I would be happy to answer them.

I think everybody gets that. That she's asking questions because she just doesn't know, I mean.

Unfortunately, there seem to be people who take advantage of that and tell her things that aren't true, or that she doesn't need to really know about yet. Which is why we're trying to get the word out to people so that maybe we could cut down on that a little more.

Have you told her about that? That people lie sometimes, I mean.

Well yeah, but Sophie doesn't always understand when people are lying.

She'll have to figure it out though.

I'm sure she will. It's just kind of difficult for her right now.

Did she forget a lot of things?

Yeah...

[There's a long pause.]

She didn't know a whole lot before that either.

How long's it been since then?

...Seven years.

Really? I would've thought...

[He wasn't that clueless before he had any of Sora's memories. Then again, he'd always had some vague sense of familiarity about things.]

...I guess she forgot pretty completely.

We only got her back recently. She's been- Or we thought she was... Dead for the past seven years. When she came back she didn't remember who she was again, we didn't even know if it was really Sophie.

After all, I saw her die... So it seemed impossible that she was alive and hadn't aged at all in seven years.

[He drifts off in thought for a moment. He grins sheepishly.]

I'm sorry, I'm probably not making much sense.

Maybe, but- I'm pretty sure there's weirder stuff.

Yeah, you're right about that.

[Like one of his best friends going on a rampage and draining the world's Valkines of energy. Could things get weirder? ~~yes~~]
