[This place was bizarre, at best. Ultimately, he could work with his surroundings, but when it started messing with him (like forcing him into a coma for no reason) that made him worry.
When he first woke up, he spent a good 5 minutes panicking and then another 15 checking himself over before he remembered that people had made posts about 'waking up.' This must have been what they were referring to.
It didn't ease his mind at all. How dare this place rule over him?]
[When he addressed the network, however, his voice was as calm, collected, and smooth, as ever.]
I believe many of you have experienced something akin to a 'coma' while in this place.
I am curious to know: exactly how often does this occur and have there been any noted warning signs or lingering symptoms afterwards?
[A pause.]
Thank you for your time.

[Enjoy knowing you're being gassed, Riffael!]

I see...thank you for the information, that explains quite a bit. Though, I admit, there are still many questions that arise from that as well.
[He offers a smile and a slight, respectful, nod.]
I suspect I am not the only one, though.

Yes, I suspect that would be too simple if such a thing acted as a normal disease or ailment.
video;
[ A pause though, pressing his fingertips together. ]
We've had cases of these sleep comas lasting days to weeks to a month. You aren't the first. I've experienced several in my stay in the city.
At any rate, welcome back.
Video
[And disturbing. If she'd been right about that much, how many other theories were following the right path?]
How long were you asleep, sir?
video;
[He nods.]
Thank you, I apologize for disappearing as I did.
video;
[ A pause just to consider everything happening. Riff seems fine... And yes, at least it was just a few days. ]
However I must ask, for formality's sake. Do you recall feeling anything? Any sensation? Any recollection of the night previous before your coma?
Video
[As infuriating as that was.]
Merely a few days, not long considering, apparently, a month is just as common.
video;
I feel as though I merely had a long night.I can remember Thursday night just as clearly as though it were last night and, without warning, I fell asleep on my couch as I was working. I awoke this morning as though nothing had happened.
no subject
Yeah. Although... I think some people were hacking files from the discovered lab that mentioned something about how these sleep comas work. I could try finding it and linking it to you if you'd like?
video ::
A coma, you say ? Those things must be more than annoying.

The question is the only reason she's answering anyway, having been dead set on avoiding all contact outside of her and Takaya's shared apartment.]
It has been four days since I woke up, and there haven't been any long term effects so far.
[Physically. Chidori's pretty shaken up otherwise.]
Voice
[Yeah, Link sounds a bit put-out about it. So much time...]
And I felt sick when I woke up the second time, but that was because I didn't touch the coral for ages.

[Zelda knows that she always wants a report when she wakes up, so she'll just give them to everyone else.]

I see. That is very helpful, thank you.
Do you feel sick now?
written;
That is good to hear. If I may ask, how long where you out for?
video ::
Beyond annoying, I assure you. It seems they are common enough in this place. And unnatural, though that is hardly a surprise.
no subject
Also, Rinoa, you are late.]
Yes, I heard mention of that as well. Thank you for the offer, but the information in question has already been passed to me from another.

fakesmile of gratitude.]Then, perhaps, I am lucky to have missed such a curse. I'm certain it wasn't pleasant.

Oh, good. The only other thing I could think to mention is check yourself and your home. I don't know how many friends or what kind of friends you've made here, but sometimes the more mischievous bunch like to draw on their friend's faces - although that clearly didn't happen to you - or move stuff around.
video ::
Yes, all what is around us seem artificial so why not such comas. [A sip.] Do they follow a pattern ?
// VIDEO
We could ask Dr. Muraki, he has been here longer than both of us. But the person I did a check-up on after a sleep coma seemed to be in perfect health. [Except that she was a shinigami.]
Voice
[Hnn...he'd have to check out the coral again later...]
Well, that's good to hear. I imagine you had people, at least, who could tell you what you missed.

[Except not, he didn't care. Still, it was useful information.]
I have one more question, if I may, how did you feel when you woke up?
no subject
I see. Luckily, I haven't made the acquaintance of anyone like that. However, should I find myself in the company of such people, I shall keep your advice in mind.
video ::
I'm afraid they do not appear to. Their subjects seem to be chosen at random.

[Also that whole having a strange power thing. Don't really want that coming out.]

You have good taste in people, then. [And really boring taste at that.] Oh, I'm Rinoa, by the way.

Why are you asking all of these questions in the first place? If you have experienced it yourself and were asking others for their own, then surely you know how it feels to wake up.
[Though for her, waking up was terrifying. At last she had died, only to be brought back to life once more. Someone had tampered with her person to cause the false death. And she wanted no one to know about that.]
Re: video ::
Mm... It would be interesting to know the... abilities of the chosen ones.
Voice
Were you awake for the monster?
video;
[ Another pause to consider. ]
There aren't any other symptoms, I'm afraid neither are there any underlying long term effects as far as we've seen. If you wish, I could perform a physical check up.
Video
[Zelda's smile in return is far more genuine.]
Please feel free to ask if you have any other questions about things you may have missed, or the coral in general. My name is Zelda.

It seems side-effects are not in the norm, if I am to trust the experiences of others here.
