This one is a particularly disgruntled young man, hair a soaking wet mess around his face, even covering his eyes. He lifts a hand to push the strands back against his head and he gives the SFC a look, flipping it around a couple times before he lets it settle back on his face again. ]

[ But he stops and frowns, grumbling. ]

Uh well. We're in a city called Vatheon. It's under water. We're all foreigners here, and we've got these tattoos that mark us like that. There's locals but they're really only good for gettin' stuff from. Don't... try to ask 'em any questions, it's pretty damn useless.
Uhm... OH, right, there's this big coral... you're probably pretty close to it. It's sorta kinda the god here? But yeah you gotta touch it once in a while or else you'll get sick and fall in to a coma. It sucks, happened to me once.
[Carefully not mentioning the tranquilizer incident.]
Time is wonky as fuck here, I've been here for a year but I bet you 100 yen that you just saw me yesterday or somethin' like that. Don't worry too much about it - time doesn't move back home so if we're ever sent back we're just dropped right back where we came from.
Almost everythin' is free unless you want special stuff, which you need tokens for, and you need a job for that. Which means you can get housin' for free. Unless you wanna stay with me 'til you're used to this place. We got enough room at the Villa. Pretty sure Maka wouldn't mind. By the way I have a girlfriend now. OH and Kuro, Yukio, Mephisto and Amaimon are here. Just... try to avoid Amaimon, he's been pretty quiet lately so I'm not that worried 'bout him startin' trouble again.
