video; I use antlers in all of my decorating
[Hey Vatheon, instead of a view of Sola's face, the first thing that pops up is a massive pair of antlers, adorned with leaves from the park's trees, a piece of paper pierced through one prong, several short lengths of tangled cord wrapped around here and there, a small lantern, and a bat (by the name of Johnny Rayflo of course) who turns on one foot and yawns as he lazily hangs from the horns.
It takes a minute, but Sola finally steps back so he can be seen along with his impressive headgrowth.]
This curse is stupid.

Flying is fairly difficult, however, I have come to find.

[Not in the Freudian sense.]

[But then...what would happen if the potion wore off? He gets a sudden visual - a memory of himself plummeting to the cobbled street from the top of Larmline. With a shudder he shakes his head vigorously, trying to get the memory to go away.]
N-nevermind.

[You weird kids and your magic and potions.]

[Seriously, what even is magic...]

[Wait...]
well... no I guess that's not totally true since I almost faded away... But still! Magic made me in the first place so I kinda feel safer that way.

{He'll let that speak for itself.]
Even magic has to have some sort of ruleset.

[Logic. At least, logic from the equivalent of a medieval monarchy that runs on magic where the most advanced technology is windmills and water wheels.]

I think it'd be kinda cool to see a machine that can fly though, even if I wouldn't fly in it.

[Proudly, he starts to preen his antennae and wings.]

[Y'know, maybe when he can get out of the house without turning sideways to get out of the door.]
