[This isn't really an accidental video broadcast, though it certainly looks like it. Hubert had turned his SFC on with every intent of requesting back up, but as the feed starts there's a very loud cry from the poor frazzled Lieutenant as the SFC is... stolen.

By the mouth of a very hungry goat.]

NO! GIVE THAT BACK THIS INSTANT!

[A bit of a scuffle ensues as Hubert fights to keep his poor comm from winding up in the gullet of a goat, and he finally manages to yank it free. There's a quiet 'eugh...' at the copious amounts of saliva left on it. The goat lets out an annoyed noise at Hubert and even snaps at him, but Hubert manages to dodge the bite. Around him, several other animals are just wandering around loose in the Amusement Park, and several others have already gotten past the gates.]

This is ridiculous! How did they even escape?! I-- no no no, get away from there!

[This time the SFC just drops and lands pointed up, so nothing more can be seen for a while. There's just a lot of frustrated cries from Hubert, and a lot of mixed animals noises, most of them annoyed that he seems to be attempting to (and failing) to round them up and keep them from escaping.

Eventually, some five minutes later he comes back to his SFC and picks it up, hair a mess, glasses skewed, and a deeper scowl than usual on his features.]

The animals from the petting zoo have escaped. I would very much appreciate some assistance getting them back before they cause any more damage than they already have.

Not exactly, no. I can't say I understand the need to swear as much as he does, but I'm not going to make an issue out of that.

Then there really shouldn't be much difficulty in understanding him so much as you give it a bit of thought.

"A brother got to get his speak on" is fairly easy to decipher, I would think.

"A brother" can be used either to refer to himself in the third person or to simply refer to a metaphorical anybody. "Speak on" clearly refers to the act of talking. "Got to" means he feels compelled to do it.

Simple.

Simple to you, perhaps. Where I'm from, "brother" only ever refers to some one you're related to by family, or a comrade in arms. It doesn't have that broad of a meaning, which makes it all the more difficult for me to understand it in this context.

Hmm, yes, familial terms. Those are still a bit new to us in a way as well. On Alternia, we're all practically related already.

Not at all. In my time, if one tried to force every single troll onto the home planet, there would simply be no room left. We have possibly one of the largest population in our universe. We're known as conquerors so that we can spread to more planets.
