[This isn't really an accidental video broadcast, though it certainly looks like it. Hubert had turned his SFC on with every intent of requesting back up, but as the feed starts there's a very loud cry from the poor frazzled Lieutenant as the SFC is... stolen.
By the mouth of a very hungry goat.]
NO! GIVE THAT BACK THIS INSTANT!
[A bit of a scuffle ensues as Hubert fights to keep his poor comm from winding up in the gullet of a goat, and he finally manages to yank it free. There's a quiet 'eugh...' at the copious amounts of saliva left on it. The goat lets out an annoyed noise at Hubert and even snaps at him, but Hubert manages to dodge the bite. Around him, several other animals are just wandering around loose in the Amusement Park, and several others have already gotten past the gates.]
This is ridiculous! How did they even escape?! I-- no no no, get away from there!
[This time the SFC just drops and lands pointed up, so nothing more can be seen for a while. There's just a lot of frustrated cries from Hubert, and a lot of mixed animals noises, most of them annoyed that he seems to be attempting to (and failing) to round them up and keep them from escaping.
Eventually, some five minutes later he comes back to his SFC and picks it up, hair a mess, glasses skewed, and a deeper scowl than usual on his features.]
The animals from the petting zoo have escaped. I would very much appreciate some assistance getting them back before they cause any more damage than they already have.

[The Rappig oinks happily, enjoying the attention like a dog would. He can't really argue when he DID ask for help. He's just being his usual crabby self.]

[Malik seems to like the creature but they have animals to herd.]
Let's get these things back into the petting zoo.
[He takes a few steps towards a sheep. A particularly SFC hungry goat might be circling back to Hubert.]
Hyaa! [Malik shouts, fully expecting Hubert to join in.]

[And Hubert actually thinks it's very cute, but like hell he's going to be caught saying that out loud.
The cry gets him to jump a bit, but not as much as seeing the goat again does.]
Oh no you don't!

Don't tell me you're afraid of animals, Major.

Just make a loud noise or look threatening. Most animals will move away from you if you do.
[To emphasize his point, he lets out another loud - ] YAH! [scaring a few animals in front of him into a short run.]

[pointing at the offending goat]
only ever seemed encouraged by my loud noises!
Action
Malik puts his hands on his hips and looks at the goat. He then looks to Hubert. Then back to the goat.]
Let's see it then.
Action
[He's just going to stare daggers at that goat.]
Action
Let's see who's in charge here. You, or the goat.
[Malik folds his arms over his chest.]
Action
[His pride. It is wounded.]
Action
It's not a test. Just get the goat to move back to the petting zoo.
Action
... nn--... HIYA!
[Nope.
The goat just stares.
And chews. Slowly.]

I think it likes you.

This isn't helpful.

You could give it a name and put it in your yard.

[Malik walks over to it and slaps it on the rump.]

[And the goat lets out a noise and promptly starts trotting away.
.. in the wrong direction.]
... especially one that is as ornery as this one is.
