[It was a good thing Chitose moved, because Kyouko did try an attack as she was getting up.

But when she didn't get hit, she stood up, taking a deep breath.]

[As she got her sword, she quickly looked back at Kyoko and went after her. One more go...]

[This time, Kyouko doesn't just block it. Watch out for her spear to elongate and try to rip the sword out of her hands.

She yanks with a flick of her wrist, hopefully successful.]

[Almost had it but with the last of her strength, she tried to disappear right in front of her for a sudden slash attack]

[She jumps backwards when it fails, and she's ready to deflect when Chitose comes back out. She'll try to strike back, though.]

[Chitose jumped back as well when Kyoko was going to strike her. However, with most of her energy used up from her spell, all she could do was block and wait for an opportunity to strike back. She'll have to be patient.]

[While Chitose is defending again, that's Kyouko's turn to try to break through her defenses by a barrage of attacks.]

[As she continues to block, she was still looking for an opening. She'll decide to kick at her feet and back away from there]

[When she tries to kick at her feet, that's her clue to jump backwards a little as well. Just in case...]

[Chitose was panting now. She wanted to win so badly...

When Kyoko backed away, Chitose quickly went for a strike near the head. If she was paying attention to the bottom of her feet, then she won't have time for the upper part of the body]

[It was out of the blue that the attack came at her face, and it grazed her cheek.

She staggers backwards, starting to feel the limitations that vatheon had put on her too. Normally this wouldn't faze her, but she was feeling...

But she brushes it off for one last attack. She spins her spear one last time before charging. Chitose might notice that her attacks aren't as furious as they were at the beginning...]

[Now Chitose's attack were starting to get weaker. If that was how she wanted to end so be it. She too started charging for Kyoko. Who shall be the winner? Who knows?]

[Kyouko clashes with Chitose, and staggers backwards. Her breath was starting to come out a little heavier than before, and she shakes her head.]

I must be more outta touch than I thought.

You're not the only one, it seems that Vatheon has put certain limits on us.

[She said after she staggers too after that attack. Her arms and legs were already weak as it was but how long could she keep up? She could barely stand...]

Great. Somethin' else to get used to.

[She hates to call it a draw, she really does. But could she really keep up like this?

She grits her teeth and takes up her spear, getting into yet another defensive position.

Just in case. But it looked like Chitose was getting close to her limit as well.]

[Chitose raised an eyebrow at Kyoko's reaction. Did she plan to continue? She wasn't quite sure but Chitose's strength were at its limit. While she could barely stand, her arms still had some left.]

Do you wish to keep going? I'm afraid that I am at my limit. However, if you do, then I will have to.

[There's a pause as Kyouko thinks it over. Should she keep going?

But...]

You're gonna be borin' if you're at your limit. [Excuses to how she's really feeling.] Unless ya think you can beat me like this.

Depends on if I can. [Sadly, Chitose does have her pride regardless on how submissive she looks. She won't stop until she feels that there is at least a draw. She stands up and went for a straight stab to her because that was all she could do at the moment]

[Kyouko dodges and spins her spear, attempting to knock the knife out of Chitose's hand.]

Can ya?

I...can surely try.

[No, she couldn't. She barely managed to avoid that spear as there was a cut across her arm]

Yeah, sure ya can. You're slowin' down even more now.

[But she was too, so don't feel...too bad, Chitose.]

Then shall we call it a draw?

I must say, you are an impressive fighter Kyouko-san. I haven't fought like that in a while.

Me neither. Been since I've been home that I've fought anyone challenging.
